In some episodes, Sergio, who is a parrot, can be seen eating other bird meat.
In "Away Game", the Abuelo and Abuela can be seen torturing their pet parrot in many different ways, such as being boiled and put into a burrito, for comedic purposes.
In "The Horror-Scope", there is a gag where Sergio's beak gets cut off.
