The Heelers take the class mascot home for a period of fun.

Personally I did not interpret it as watching cartoons and using devices being the problem. It is the sheer volume of screen time that was the issue as watching cartoons was initially all that Bluey and Bingo were doing.

This is a fantastic message to parents who sometimes take the option of putting a device in the child's hand too either curb a tantrum or avoid the hassle of interacting. Importantly, it is done in a positive way by showing the Heelers have awesome fun in ways that families should.

The narrative is done with great emotion with a lovely montage of family interaction and, as another reviewer pointed out, a great ending where a cartoon hand puppet actually chokes you up. It is very impressive to achieve the above in a simple animation with such a small running time.
