I love Dan and Phil. I have been a fan for five years and I went to TATINOF and loved it, but I can't be the only one who thinks interactive introverts wasn't so good? They were really uncomfortable and awkward and didn't really seem like them selves, they repeated the same like 3 jokes over and over and all the segments seemed kind of shallow and predictable to me? I spent the majorly of the movie with a pillow pressed to my face out of embarrassment.

A lot of reviewers here not knowing what they're talking about. Why would you buy a movie of a stage show by two youtubers you've never heard of? Of course it won't make sense to you.
This is a stage show from Dan and Phil made for their audience. Lots of inside jokes and references to their content on Youtube. Chances are you won't enjoy it unless you're a fan.
I've been a follower of D&P for 3 years and went to see the show live, still enjoyed watching it filmed. It's funny for those who get the jokes. Brought back great memories, too. I think anyone can enjoy it but I would recommend at least doing some research on them first.

I have no clue what was going on with this, two lads standing on stage and pretty much doing nothing but all this tween's in the audience were screaming every time one of the lads said something, at 35 this all went over my head. What is the world coming too, this made no sense. There was no comedy no action no sense It was utter rubbish. I would love someone to explain to me what the hell was going on.
Dont watch unless you know who they are.

Most of the cheers from the audience were because they (the audience) were shown on the screen, not because these two idiots had said anything worth merit. Clearly the audience were cheering for things that had nothing to do with what the two boys were saying, as the audience would cheer wildly even when the two boys were saying things that were not the punchline.
All in all this is two hours of the most unfunny, uninteresting, rote and routine drudgery material you'll ever watch.

This is a show by youtubers designed FOR THEIR AUDIENCE. It is filled with insider jokes that only make sense if you actually know their content. If you watch this without knowing who they are, in all probability, most of it won't make any sense to you.

Brilliant DVD, especially for those of us who went to the tour and (a) want to revisit it and (b) want to see how the videoed show differs from the one we went to.
For the record, I'm a 44yo who'd never watched one of their videos on YouTube before taking my daughter to the show, but I came out a massive fan.
If you've never seen a video, you'll either get it or you won't. I'm not sure though why someone who's not already a fan would buy and watch this dvd then leave a negative review because they don't understand the in-jokes. It takes all sorts I guess...

Interactive Introverts is a recording of Dan and Phil's stage show. This is not a film that should be purchased by non-fans, as they will not understand the humour. However, I disagree with the opinion that this film is strictly for tweens. I'm in my late 20s and enjoyed both the show and the film immensely.
Dan and Phil have a fantastic dynamic that truly shines in this show. They hold their audience captive for the entire duration, and as a fan, I laughed many times during Interactive Introverts. It's a wonderful opportunity to revisit one of my favourite memories and I would spend twice as much on this film if I had to.

I saw the show live and it was absolutely amazing, but the movie was almost even a better experience. The movie is amazingly well done and beautifully edited. Of course, if you have no idea who Dan and Phil are, the show will probably not make sense, but that's not the problem of the show, it's just because it requires context.

Honestly, having experienced watching the show live and now owning the dvd, I can honestly say that this is for everyone. They clearly worked incredibly hard to make a show that entertained audiences. This film is primarily designed for those who are fans of them and it does confuse me why you'd watch it without being familiar with their YouTube content. I love and appreciate their content but not everyone does. In my eyes, however, it has the potential to entertain a huge variety of people

A lot of work went into the making of this show and this movie is a great way to enjoy the whole experience again for anyone who went to see it live and for also for those who couldn't go. There are lots of inside jokes but for anyone who watches it with an open mind the entire show is structured like a social experiment which sheds lights on the whole fandom culture, mob mentality and what 'giving the people what they want' means.

I couldn't make it to their tour and this was such a cool experience to have on DVD. I love all the inside jokes, all the effort they put into it and the clear fact, now clearer than ever, that they love us as much as we love them!
PS- To all the people reviewing it all confused, it should be obvious that it is a DVD of a tour that you watch if you are a fan of that person. Why would you ever watch this if you don't know who they are? Leaving bad reviews because of your lack of judgement is not okay.

Dan and Phil's natural personalities and humour shon in this movie adaptation of their YouTube content. There were interactive challenges to make the audience feel involved, inside jokes, magic, and a fun musical number- and it all ended with a positive message.
Suitable for teens and up, this movie gives the message that Dan and Phil value their fans as PEOPLE rather than as fans, and that all of us are important and are loved.

I love how this show is so well done, from the set to the jokes to the audience participation. Even my friend and sister who hardly know who Dan and Phil are were laughing as they watched. You don't need to know everything about Dan and Phil to enjoy this show, you just need to have an appreciation for Internet humor.
The commentary was wonderful to listen to and I really enjoyed the interactive parts of the DVD. This is one of the best shows I've seen!

Having seen the live show twice this recording captures it well. It is made up of a lot of in jokes so I probably wouldn't recommend it for anyone who isn't a fan. The commentary on the physical dvd is a great insight into how they develop shows. I'd say it's well worth it if you're a fan.

I'm surprised that people would even review this or watch if they didn't KNOW who Dan and Phil were, or at least had family members who did. The whole premise for the tour was "Giving the people what they wanted", meaning their fans. If you don't watch them, there's going to be a lot that you just don't get. You shouldn't try to review something poorly when you weren't the demographic.
Beyond that, it was fantastic. A great way to remember the tour, and fantastically produced so those of us fans who were not able to go still get a great feeling from it.

I haven't even got the DVD yet but I know it's a great movie because I luckily got to watch it live, I wouldn't recommend watching this if YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHO Dan and Phil is because you will not understand any of it, it's full of references for the fans and inside jokes for those part of the phandom and I've read some reviews saying it's just a bunch of 11-15 yr old girls screaming, in fact there are boys in the phandom and adults + me and my friend are both 16, so it's not aimed at a certain groups of people it's for everyone who is a fan of Dan and Phil. Overall amazing and I love it

If youve seen anything Dan and Phil have done over the years, even just listened to their radio show, you'll still enjoy this. But if you're looking for a provoking and different comedy theatre show, this isn't for you. I don't think the current rating is fair, as there's such a widescope of people going to watch. For some it's going to be a 1, and that's fair, for people like me, a fan of theirs I really enjoyed it, it's an easy 10! So don't base whether you're going to get it on the rating, as it's not accurate for anyone.

Everything about this movie is fantastic! If you're a Dan & Phil fan, whether you attended the tour or not, you wil love every minute of it! For me, being able to relive the Interactive Introverts Tour whenever I want is so great! My daughter & I enjoy it immensely! (There are tons of inside jokes & innuendos that are specific to Dan & Phil. If you aren't a fan, some of the humor may be lost on you!)

Don't buy this if you're not a fan of Dan and Phil. well, you can, but you won't understand much of it. the only thing that will happen is that you won't understand the jokes, think that this is for kids and leave a bad review. we don't have time for that. if you've never heard of Dan and Phil before, spend your money on something else.
now if you HAVE heard of them, and like them (or know someone who does), definetely buy this. it's a masterpiece and you'll have a good time. you'll have a good time whether you're 12 or 30. I went to the show twice but I'm still so glad that I have the dvd now, so if you went to the show or not, you should definitely get it.
