- When enemies are shot, the player sees small amounts of blood.
- There are random in game events, one of which is a public execution, where a hostage is being held with a gun to their heads by the antagonists. If the player does nothing, the hostage is shot- producing a very small, almost unnoticable amount of blood. It is fairly difficult to actually get the hostage executed as you simply need to fire you weapon at one of the enemies to halt the execution.
- Some guns/explosives can cause bigger blood spurts, but they are also quite small.
- The worst violence in the game is in the environment, often there will be random bodies lying in small pools of blood, no injuries are visible on the bodies.
- Players use a variety of firearms to kill human and robot enemies in frenetic combat.
- One robot type rushes the player and blows himself up when close enough. No blood at all.
Profanity

- Enemy combatants shout various profanities aimed at the player, including f**k, and a**hole.
- enemies occasionally shout phrases such as "f**k the division" and similar.
