Andrew Santino is set to take a swing with the launch of a weekly golf-focused podcast.

No Bad Lies debuts April 9 and will include on-course conversations and in-studio interviews with professional golfers, athletes, entertainers and influencers. Early guests joining Santino, a longtime fan of the sport, include Liv Golf’s major winners Jon Rahm and Cam Smith and golf influencers Fat Perez and Grant Horvath.

The podcast can be heard on all major platforms, while a video version will be available on Santino’s YouTube page.

“I’m beyond excited to dive into all aspects of the game with No Bad Lies,” says Santino. “From Liv to the PGA and everything in between, there’s so much happening in golf right now. I can’t wait to explore the sport from every angle with the people who love this game as much as I do.”

Ayo Edebiri discovers that John Malkovich’s life as a pop music sensation is not all it seems in the trailer for the A24 horror movie Opus.

Writer-director Mark Anthony Green’s feature hits theaters March 14 following its forthcoming premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 27. Rounding out the cast are Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett, Amber Midthunder, Stephanie Suganami, Young Mazino and Tatanka Means.

Opus centers on Ariel, a young writer sent to visit pop star Alfred Moretti (Malkovich), who has resurfaced after disappearing for 30 years. When she arrives, Ariel realizes that Moretti is a figure of obsession for those around him, which aids his nefarious plans.

The unconventional FX sitcom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia will be returning with new episodes in the near future. According to series creator Rob McElhenney, filming for Season 17 is complete.

McElhenney shared the news with Screen Rant during a Wrexham A.F.C. event at Cosm Los Angeles. "We just finished Season 17, or actually, tomorrow is our last day of production on Season 17. And then we're wrapped," he said. The actor also hinted at the return of the Always Sunny podcast. "I don't know. We'll see. We never say never. We're all so super busy right now, but we love the podcast, and we love recording it," he added.

The Los Angeles City College Foundation has zeroed in on a comedy star to take home an award named for icon Rodney Dangerfield. At the foundation’s upcoming gala — set to take place at L.A.’s Skirball Cultural Center on Oct. 23 — actor, writer and producer Ken Jeong will be feted with he Rodney Respect Award.

The gala, which will carry at theme of Celebrating the Caregivers as a nod to Lacc’s Radiologic Technology, Nursing and Public Health Science programs, will also see Children’s Hospital Los Angeles’ executive director of external affairs Ellen Zaman honored with a humanitarian award and Wesley Health Centers and Jwch Institute CEO Al Ballesteros with a distinguished alumnus prize. Taron Egerton and Jason Bateman find a way to make holiday travel even more challenging than usual in the trailer for the Netflix thriller Carry-On.

Director Jaume Collet-Serra’s airport-focused action film hits the streaming service Dec. 13. Rounding out the cast are Sofia Carson, Danielle Deadwyler, Sinqua Walls, Logan Marshall-Green, Theo Rossi, Josh Brener and Dean Norris.

Carry-On centers on an inexperienced Tsa agent (Egerton) who ends up in a battle of wits with a mysterious traveler (Bateman) after the stranger blackmails him into allowing a dangerous package onto a flight on Christmas Eve.

“You have 10 minutes before everybody in this airport dies,” Bateman says in voiceover in the trailer. “All you have to do is nothing.”

Collet-Serra (Black Adam, Jungle Cruise) helmed the movie from a script by T.J. Fixman. Dylan Clark produces the film, while executive producers on the project include Collet-Serra, Holly Bario, Brian Williams, Seth William Meier and Scott Greenberg.

Ray Liotta's final film, 1992, is dividing critics but impressing audiences. The heist drama, set in L.A. following the Rodney King verdict, was not the last film Liotta worked on, but it is the last of his projects to be released. 1992 landed in select theaters on August 30th. The film follows a shopkeeper who must save his son from an angry mob during the 1992 L.A. uprising after the Rodney King verdict and centers around two families.

The film currently holds a 68% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with its audience score sitting much higher at 92%. While its score still lands the film in the fresh category, there is a significant difference between the two. So why the disparity? Critics' opinions of the film range from love for its cast to criticism of a generic plot and the fact that, despite being set during the L.A. riots, those events "take place in the backdrop.

1992, Ray Liotta's last movie, has arrived, and it will end his career with praise. The actor was known for his performances in Field of Dreams, Hannibal, Goodfellas, and more. He died suddenly and unexpectedly in his sleep at 67 years old in 2022. He was working on the production for Dangerous Waters and never lived to see it finished. He has had several movies released after his death, including an edited version of Cocaine Bear. His final movie tells the stories of two small families living through the 1992 LA riots.

With 1992 finally in theaters, audiences had the opportunity to see Liotta's final performance, and the response has been nothing but praise. With a 94% score on the Rotten Tomatoes Popcornmeter, it has earned a Hot designation, represented by a full and upright bucket of popcorn. The critics were less favorable, though still offered a 67% Tomatometer score. Both scores are positive, but the 27% difference is stark.

Per Deadline, Malkovich has been cast in The Fantastic Four, the big-budget MCU film that's coming to theaters in 2025. As of now, the actor's role has not yet been revealed, so fans will have to speculate whether he's playing a hero or a villain. Per TVLine, Norris has joined the cast of the spinoff series Law & Order: Organized Crime, set to appear in its upcoming fourth season. It's a significant part for Norris, who will be playing Randall Stabler -- the brother of Christopher Meloni's Elliot Stabler. According to the report, Norris' Randall "left the family when he was young and now is a successful real estate developer, has a long-standing tension with Elliot resulting from an event involving their father." Another Stabler sibling, Joe Jr., will also be introduced in Season 4, though it's not yet clear who will be playing that character. Joe Jr. is said to be "ashamed" about his job selling wine in comparison to his "hero" and older brother, Elliot.

The streaming service revealed all of the TV shows and movies that are coming to it’s platform, including quite a few fan favorite movies and some holiday features as the holiday season kicks off.

Among the movies being added include The Holiday, The Wedding Singer, The Waterboy, Pacific Rim, Shallow Hal, Twister, Men in Black, Armageddon and many more.

On the television side, Hulu will be adding the new original series Black Cake and Drive with Swizz Beatz, season two of Arthdal Chronicles, LA Law, Wahlburgers season five, and Spellbound season 1B.

There will also be many Christmas movies from Hallmark and A&e being added!

Actor and comedian Ken Jeong, who is currently a judge on Fox’s “The Masked Singer,” is developing a talk show with an eye toward a 2024 launch, according to media reports on Friday.

He taped a test show in New York on Friday, Deadline reported. That’s not a SAG strike violation as talk show hosts are under a different contract and no longer a WGA red flag — as it was for Drew Barrymore and Bill Maher — as writers have gone back to work after successfully negotiating a new contract with the AMPTP.

Jim Biederman of “The Kids in the Hall” will serve as showrunner, writer and director. He’ll also executive produce alongside Jeong for Debmar-Mercury, the company behind “The Wendy Williams Show” and “The Nick Cannon Show.”

Signature Entertainment has snapped up U.K., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand distribution rights to Charlie Day’s (“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”) directorial debut, “Fool’s Paradise,” from Sierra/Affinity.

Day also leads the cast that includes Ken Jeong (“The Hangover”), Kate Beckinsale (“Underworld”), Adrien Brody (“The Pianist”), Jason Sudeikis (“Ted Lasso”), Jason Bateman (“Ozark”), Ray Liotta (“Dangerous Waters”) and John Malkovich (“Being John Malkovich”).

The comedy, written by Day, follows a down-on-his-luck publicist (Jeong), who gets his lucky break when he discovers a man (Day) recently released from a mental health ward looks just like a famous actor who refuses to leave his trailer.
