Sex & Nudity

  • A woman watches porn on a laptop. Nothing is shown, but women's moans can be heard. The woman watching it is implied to be pleasuring herself, but is interrupted.
  • A deceased woman's nude body is shown at a morgue. Bare breasts and the pubic area are visible.
  • Two women briefly discuss sexual positions. Played for laughs.
  • Some language.

Violence & Gore

  • A man shoots at another man with a crossbow, piercing him through the shoulder. The injured man then proceeds to tackle the other and stabs him to death. While the stabbing isn't completely shown, the film cuts to the aftermath, with some blood and wounds visible.
  • A woman watches a B-Movie, where a man gets his hand stuck inside the garbage disposal. His wife stares at him menacingly and proceeds to turn on the garbage disposal as he pleads her not to. The man loses part of his arm and an exaggerated amount of bloods sprays all over the kitchen, and concludes with the wife stabbing him to death. The entire scene is played in a darkly humorous tone.

Profanity

  • Some moderate usage of f*ck and sh*t. A woman tells another woman that she'll "f*cking abort" her.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A depressed woman spends most of her time alone drinking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman is instructed by a man to shoot his dog with a crossbow to end the dog's misery, but she refuses. Spotting another familiar woman outside, she shoots and arrow through the window and runs outside. Upon arriving, she realizes the other woman used a passerby's dog to shield herself, and the little dog's corpse is visible with an arrow to its eye. May prove to be a distressing scene to some viewers.
  • A woman suffering from a terminal illness vomits blood during a few scenes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • During an informercial for the cloning facility, a man is shown helping his clone adopt his mannerisms. When the clone is fully integrated with his family, the original man hangs himself against a stairwell, as his family lovingly embraces his double. Darkly humorous but still disturbing.
  • The opening scene where a clone ends up stabbing his original to death, all while the event has spectators and is televised, can be intense to some viewers.
  • The scene where the protagonist is told to kill a dog, then refuses, only to then accidentally kill another dog may be too intense for animal lovers.
  • The film's third act becomes darker then the first two, and the final scene where the protagonist (or her double?) breaks down while driving can devastate some viewers.
