- An emergency message plays on the Local58 station, but is hijacked by mysterious forces.
- The local 58 logo is shown for a couple seconds and shows what are the next programs. The programs are shown to be "Public Eye" at 12:15 AM, "Paid Programming" at 1 AM, "City Council Minutes" at 1:30 AM, and "Focus On... Faith" at 2 AM. Then it cuts to an Emergency Alert System issuing a weather warning for the area. It cuts to a camera labeled "CAM B" outside showing the bottom part of the moon. It then cuts back claiming the warning would end the next day at sunrise. The alert warns about a meteorological event that should not be seen with the naked eye. The Local 58 Banner returns with a new list for 2:15 AM with the program named "Blood Of The" but another Emergency Alert Warning cutting off before the final word could be shown. This time, the alert warns of a Civil Danger Alert, advising people to stay indoors and not view the night sky. But it then changes to say that the event is safe for all to view and the warning is lifted, saying to go outside now. Then it changes once more with a background of black on the left and red on the right. The black side covers part of the words shown, making it read. "Can you read this. Look at the moon." But then the text is highlighted and changed to a white color which reveals to say "Don't look at the moon." It also reads to "Stay Inside, Don't look at the Night Sky." While this is occurring, the background changes to a white color in an attempt to hide the text. The text is then colored black to encourage people to "Face Away From All Windows, Avoid Mirrors." And finally, "Do Not Look Up." Before the text changes to XXXXXXXXXXX and the alert cuts off. The Local 58 logo is shown once more before another Alert arrives. It starts showing messages saying. "It's In The Light. The Moon Came In. He Found Me. Thru The Mirror. Moonlight White. White Like Eyes. Not Light But Blood. I Drown In Him. If You Are Afraid, We Will Look Together." The video ends with the alert cutting to Cam B showing the moon, along with audio of people screaming in the background before it cuts off one last time.
