- While there isn't anything explicit between the girls, Shio (an underage girl) is often seen kissing Satou, a high schooler.
- A manager of a restaurant kidnaps and rapes a teenage boy; a teacher lusts after the protagonist and professes to wanting to have sex with several women despite being married; and the aforementioned teenage boy becomes obsessed with Shio, an underage girl, drooling at a picture of her missing person report.
Violence & Gore
- The main protagonist is revealed to be a psychopath. She kidnaps an underaged girl; murders the original owner of an apartment flat; and aggressively crushes her teacher's crotch with her foot before coercing him to throw away three bags containing bloodied body parts.
- Satou stabs her best friend Shouko to death after she had taken a picture of her and Shio. Shouko feverishly claws at Satou's hands in order to try to loosen her grip to no avail.
- Asahi has a flashback where his father rips off his fingernails. Mild blood is seen.
- In a scene, Satou is shown with a knife in her hand stabbing her best friend, Shouko in the chest.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Satou's aunt is a sadomasochist who revels in getting injured, deriving pleasure from it. She wears bandages on some parts of her body and speaks in a serene voice even when trying to coerce an officer to hit her.
- At the end of the last episode, Shio and Satou fall off the top of a 12 story apartment, Satou saves Shio from falling to death by sacrificing herself. Shio is later seen in the hospital, and it is revealed that Shio is starting to gain Satou's psychotic behavior. This may disturb some viewers.
