- An alien threatens to kill a boy by cutting his head open with a surgical instrument. He manages to escape by climbing through a window.
- A severed foot is found and shown in a couple of scenes, later the whole dead body is seen. This can be graphic to some. The discolored and slightly injured dead body is seen on several other occasions.
- A woman kills a man by breaking his neck, graphic but not bloody.
Profanity

- "Hell", "damn/dammit", and "shit/bullshit" are used quite a bit and "dick" and "douche bag" are used a couple of times as well.
- An alien gives the middle finger to a young boy, who gasps.
- An alien says "bullshit" a number of times, sometimes in the presence of a young boy.
- The words "tit" and "slut" are used, along with "douchebag" and "bullshit".
- A woman jokingly calls another woman a "slut" after she's seen leaving from somewhere after having sex.
- "Dick" is used multiple times, along with "shit/bullshit" and a couple of less harsh words.
- An alien uses the words "dickhead", "shit", and "asshole" in the presence of a child.
- A woman tells a man to "shut the fuck up." Although the actual word is dropped, it doesn't take much imagination to know what she said.
- A character is called a "shitbag".
- Season 1 has quite a bit of profanity but season 2 has a lot more profanity in it.
- Multiple F-bombs scattered throughout the series.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Characters are seen drinking whiskey at a bar, a short time later they are seen drunk.
- After a night of drinking, a character wakes up with the classic signs of a hangover, they're only mentioned and only the symptom dehydration is seen.
- Asta and D'arcy are seen drinking by the lake, later they go to a party where underage drinking and illegally obtained pills are seen.
- D'arcy looks through Harry's medicine cabinet and discovers multiple vitamins, from A to E.
- Drinking and drug use is seen at a high school party.
- Harry repeatedly drugs the wife of the real Harry in one episode.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The main character displays bizarre and often disturbing behavior throughout.
- Harry's guilt causes him to hallucinate, he believes he's seeing and talking with someone he killed. This could be disturbing to some, considering its impact on Harry.

Sex & Nudity
- Harry performs a circumcision on a baby boy and an up close view of a clear plastic bag reveals that he might have removed the whole penis, although it could simply be a sloppy job.
- While running away, Harry shouts "It was consensual" It should be noted that he was referring to a cow.
- After a sloppy kiss, Harry looks down at his lap and says, "Rigor mortis! My penis is dying!" Implying that he has an erection but is unaware that means he is aroused.
- Harry and the wife of the real Harry start to take off their clothes and kiss. Unsure of what to do, he bites her bra strap. When he admits that he has no idea what he's doing, she kisses him again and he can be heard gurgling. Sex is likely, but nothing else is seen.
- 2:1 brief view of protagonist bum thru partially open hospital gown as he walks down the hall
Violence & Gore
- A man's dead body is seen lying in a pool of blood, the same man's body is drained of blood during the autopsy and the main character is seen playing with the organs. (The last one is meant to be comedic.)
- An alien takes a dead man's brain out of his skull (a snap can be heard as he does this) and plays with it, the deceased widow walks in and he claims she screams after he sets the brain down and tries to shake her hand. (This is done for laughs.)
- A badly decomposed body is seen suspended in mid-air, we learn he was there for three months. The corpse's mouth is open, making it look like the man died screaming. Two dead birds are next to the body, presumably there as long as it was.
- Harry saves Asta from her abusive ex-husband by dragging him outside through the wall and begins choking him. It looks like he's going to kill him, but spares him at her plead.
- An alien doctor stitches up an injury on a boy's arm with nothing to relief the pain. The actual stitches could be graphic to some, but it's only slightly bloody.
- It's revealed that the real Harry had put poison into Sam Hodges' insulin.
- Harry breaks his leg after an avalanche and it gets amputated later, he later regenerates it.
- Harry dislocates Ethan's shoulder while arm wrestling, strongly implied to be intentional due to his jealousy.
- A man sticks a women out of a train window and the women gets decapitated by another train. Her headless neck is clearly seen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The main character kills a man and assumes his identity (the transformation can be disturbing to some), he then tries to kill another man, but doesn't.
- An alien frequently comes up with various scenarios for how to kill a boy who can see him, most of them are rather comedic.
- In a flashback, it's revealed that Asta had a baby, but gave it up for adoption. This could be emotional to some people.
- An episode can be emotional for some because Harry leaves Earth in order to save mankind before returning to his home planet.
- A man cradles an octopus as it dies in his arms. This scene can be emotional for some.
- A man sticks a women out of a train window and the women gets decapitated by another train. Her headless neck is clearly seen.
