Recent updates have made this already very gory and violent game much more graphic. Dismemberment/gore is very detailed, and there are now detailed brains/guts when you crush a head or cut a zombie in half.

Very strong profanity throughout the game.

A lot of drinking throughout.

The player can collect cigarettes, but they are only collectibles and cannot be used.

The player takes very strong suppressant titled 'Inhibitors' that boost their health and stamina and make the player more immune.

Alcohol can be found and bought throughout the game. However, it can only be used as a crafting ingredient and cannot be drunk.

The player character drinks a beer during the prologue.

Disturbing and graphic gore.

Zombies are very detailed and disturbing.
