Amazing episode

Absolutely loved this episode. That was a smooth coup d'etat to say the least. Erwin's plan of exposing the governments corruption and selfishness was masterfully worked. Erwin, Zachary, and Pyxis really carried this episode to greatness.

I also loved the little moment with the fake king not even caring about anything. I thought he would be some type of mastermind but instead is just a puppet. Pretty hilarious.

Also, great development with Eren, Rod, and Historia. The cliffhanger was amazing. The cavern looks beautifully animated.

Irwin Smith

Words cannot describe the sacrifice, greatness and splendor of Irwin Smith's leadership character .

A very strong episode, the enthusiasm ignites more as the episodes pass, and the surprises do not end in the story.

Suspenseful, but seems to be dragging a bit

This episode is a great example of the twists and turns that make A.o.T. such an exhilarating show. However, the beginning of this season started with such high velocity that I'm beginning to feel slowed down by the plots viscosity. This is of course a very pigeon-holed opinion because i hold such high anticipation for this show, that's why I still gave it a 9 because after all A.o.T. is S tier anime.

Breaking the Ice!

Though the pace of the series has slowed down, breaking things down in a dramatical way is all we could ask for. This episode made me crave for the next one! Has multiple questions popping in my mind. Thats why AOT aint only about humanoids eating humans but alot more!

great as always but the reveal... not so much

Warning: Spoilers
Aot cant make a bad episode if they tried, but this one is a little silly. Despite the incredible music and great animations, the writing throughout this episode felt like a disney show... dhalis zachary bursting through the doors with an army behind him, pyrix stepping in front and doing a cringe "actually, it was me" moment, oh and turns out the entire government has been overthrown in the blink of an eye... somehow? It makes sense, i just think the execution is poor. That being said this episode really sets up the rest of season 3 to be incredible, and considering im giving an 8/10 to one of my least favourite episodes, i think the show is doing just fine.

Loved this episode! The coup d'etat was smoothly executed. Erwin's plan to expose the government's corruption and selfishness was masterfully done. Erwin, Zachary, and Pyxis really made this episode great.

I also enjoyed the moment with the fake king not caring about anything. I thought he would be a mastermind but instead, he's just a puppet. Pretty hilarious.

Great development with Eren, Rod, and Historia. The cliffhanger was amazing. The cavern looks beautifully animated.

In conclusion, this episode of the series was truly captivating. The execution of the coup d'etat was seamless, showcasing Erwin's strategic brilliance and the collaborative efforts of characters like Zachary and Pyxis. The revelation of the fake king's indifference added a surprising twist, turning what seemed like a mastermind into a mere puppet, injecting a delightful touch of humor.
