A good pilot, decent acting and some good nods to the bad boys franchise. The acting was a bit stiff but honestly not bad chemistry for a first episode. Storyline was interesting.

Episode 1: Simple pilot for a simple average show. Villains cliched, chemistry near nil, dialogues like a can of conserve and the first storyline rather weak.

Cliched, campy and a little predictable.

Great Pilot episode

Pros: Beautiful and strong female characters kicking ass returning characters from Bad Boyz franchise Good amount of action

Cons: scene where the father says he's trying to be a good father. If I was Syd I would have said "if you would have been a good father you would have taken care of this! He tortured and shot me, your daughter you want me to just let it go, some father you are."

No signs of a vest

Love these actresses a lot. But never once did they put on a bulletproof vest. I can suspend a lot of reality, but just can't get past that one. Every female on every cop show out there wears a bullet proof best when the action calls for it.

I'll keep watching, because I love these 2 actresses. But give me a bit more realism please and protect the girls!

Not Bad Boys, just Bad

With the high end female cast I had high expectations for this show. The dialogue is terrible with the storyline weak and predictable with zero originality. The writers could have created two strong female characters but they chose they easy way out by simply assigning the Martin Lawrence & Will Smith characters to female bodies. The banter between the two just doesn't work. Its been so long since Jessica Alba did a mainstream role that she has unfortunately forgotten how to act. The show portrays Union's character living in a beautiful high rise apt with stunning decor and city views. In LA? On a cops salary? Everything about these characters is unrealistic. Lawrence and Smith pulled it off with actual chemistry between the two. The writers were obviously not talented enough to create their own show but just chose to clone the Bad Boys franchise with female leads. From the loud sometimes confused police captain to their two male police colleagues its Bad! Rushed, confusing, poorly written.

Silly

I had to double check that it was actually Jessica Alba, I can't believe she agreed to do this show. Pilot was bad and I don't plan to watch more. The show feels very outdated with silly acting, interactions and story lines. Constant switches from multiple angle cameras are very annoying and distracting. I can't imagine anybody can take this show seriously!
