Painful to watch

They should have issued a warning that watching this movie could be harmful to your health. This thing is best described as a local effort, and by local, I mean there were these three guys working in a convenience store who pulled straws as to who will act and who will direct. The third guy did everything else. The result is this fine piece of film art. Now, normally, I would give it a full, well-deserved star, but, because it might one day become a cult classic, I will lavish it with two stars instead and claim that I've called it first.

Holee sheet... This is quite possibly the pits. It's actually funny how bad it is. I honestly could compile better on my phone lol. I only stuck with it till the end because I hate bailing on films no matter how bad but it was hard work..it just seemed to get more and more ridiculous and more and more poor on the execution and lack of story lol..

2 for trying..really should be 0.3 stars.

Okay, I get the limited budget, but that was dreadful, the lead "Actor" Ryan Flamson seems to have no idea of emotion in voice. The tone rarely if ever changes. He realises hes just eaten a mans leg in format of a Cheese Burger, no reaction, voice unchanged, witness gratuitous violence, no reaction, voice unchanged. It seems he was just dragged off the street and offered a hundred quid to "star" in a movie. if they did pay 100 quid, they were robbed. Meandering, pointless debacle and waste of all of our time.

Well quite frankly the only thing I see here are actors from h e double toothpicks. Lousy directing skills, stupid storyline, and the ability the combined the depravity of the generation that created it!

You know films that are so bad they're good? This isn't one of them. Five stars though, it gets that just for the plane crash scene (you only have to watch 8 minutes to see it) and the delightful Indiana Jones pastiche near the end.

There is nothing redeeming about the movie. It's ultra low budget maybe went on makeup but nothing else.

It was a really difficult and painful watch which I'm now reclaiming my time for!

Don't make the mistake of watching this movie, you'll regret it....

Jack Chyser (Ryan Flamson) is an IT contractor at EKAF weather research station. He is left alone during the Christmas holiday along with J.I.M. an AI. The big one hits and Jack stays isolated for 8 years and then does "The Road" thing with J.I.M. He searches for Salvation City while fighting off anarchistic groups.

Low budget, bad sound, and costumes. The jokes were flat. Characters dry.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Fun, well-crafted indie original

This charming indie flick has a lot going for it..... some mystery, some world building, a likeable hero, his endearing AI sidekick, all presented with slick production values that belie the film's nearly non-existent budget. The things that usually drag this sort of thing down (bad acting, static unimaginative camerawork, poor audio) are nowhere to be found. This is the work of professionals doing it for love, not money. If these guys had a budget, there's no telling what they could do. If you're struggling over what to watch, give this a try. I think you'll like it.

This movie is not for the average movie goer. If you are expecting a Mad Max style production then you will be sorely disappointed. This one is for trash fans only. That being said, it's only 65 mins so even if you are not usually a trash cinema / grindhouse fan, you might find this a fun way to kill an hour. I thoroughly enjoyed it an can say I am honestly looking forward to a sequel!

If you like Post Apocalyptic trash cinema, you'll love it.

If you like post apocalyptic trash like Death Run and Warriors of the lost world, you'll love this. If not, you'll hate it. This is a micro budget romp with crazy characters, great locations and costumes and rediculous dialogue. The acting is terrible mostly, but I wouldn't want it any other way. My only criticism is that it's a little slow at the beginning.

Best Post Apocalyptic Movie Ever

Entertaining from beginning to end and Ryan does a masterful job at the craft of acting. Nobody better could have filled his shoes. A tour de force like no other. Action adventure and thrills throughout. I was on the edge of my seat and felt like I was transported 57 years into the future. This is a must see for any sci-fi fan on planet earth.
