A support group of killers is held regularly. The participants sit in a circle of trust and share their transgressions.

A group of people with a common addiction - a thirst to kill - regularly holds meetings of mutual assistance. Their anonymous community is wrapped in a network of dark intrigues when an assassination attempt against a senator takes place in the city. A group of people with a common addiction - a thirst to kill - regularly holds meetings of mutual assistance. Their anonymous community is wrapped in a network of dark intrigues when an assassination attempt against a senator Kyle (Sam Hazeldine) takes place in the city. The group is based in Los Angeles and is mentored by The Man (Gary Oldman). The Man goes to London & meets Jade (Jessica Alba). Jade was supposed to set up a shot on the senator while he was also in London on the same day. But Jade was identified by an ex-flame named Myles at the bar where she was supposed to set up the shot and was kick out, as he was the bouncer at the bar. Myles and Jade had met back in LA when both Myles and Jade ended up having sex with the same girl. Myles was carrying a grudge against Jade from back then and took the opportunity when he saw her in London.

The Man is angry and asks Jade to leave London asap. That same day, Jade is lured by a random looking lesbian prostitute, who is in-fact an assassin herself who shoots & critically injures Jade.

The new one is Alice (Rhyon Nicole Brown) and is met by Joanna (MyAnna Buring). Alice enters a church and meets the priestess Joanna. Joanna has set up a support group called "Killers Anonymous" in the church hall of her parish in London. Soon after Alice's entrance, participants begin to suspect that dangerous and powerful people are behind their confidential meetings.

The other members in the meeting are Leandro (Michael Socha), Ben (Elliot James Langridge) and Calvin (Tim McInnerny). Alice gets nervous when the group starts discussing the kill shot on the senator and tries to leave. She is stopped by Krystal (Elizabeth Morris), who also shot Jade earlier. Markus (Tommy Flanagan) is the last to join. Leandro wants to know who called the meeting, but Joanna parks the question for later.

KA is Killers Anonymous. A self-help group for killers/assassins who have left this line of work behind and want to start a new life. Joanna hears some noises coming from the wall ducts and figures someone is spying on the meeting but fails to uncover the hiding place of the spy, who is a girl named Molly (Isabelle Allen).

Ben hasn't killed for 284 days. Ben has served 3 tours in the desert and says that he was a killer before he joined boot camp. He recounts how he killed his best friend, when he was just a kid and liked it, on a hunting trip. He loved the smell of gunpowder. He burned the body and waited for weeks for the police to show up, but nobody did. He got excited about the idea of killing again. Calvin says that he was in a car accident and watched his wife die. He is a doctor and since then he deliberately mistreated more than 30 patients, just for the pleasure of watching them die. Leandro shares the story of how he killed a Triad head Ming, by poisoning her tea over 72 weeks to avoid any trace of poison in her.

The Man is monitoring the meeting from a safe distance using listening devices and binoculars. He receives a call from Violet (Suki Waterhouse), who tells him about going on a killing spree. On this evening, they are all extremely nervous because the streets are swarming with police officers due to the shooting of US Senator Kyle. Markus wants to know who Alice is, but Joanna asks everyone to take a 10 minute break instead.

The group assembles back again after a short break during which they had all left the meeting area for a smoke, when a man enters the room. He is shot. He is Senator Kyle. Kyle attacks Joanna saying that the deal was that Kyle will be shot at and missed. But somehow the deal got changed and Kyle was hit. Kyle suspects Joanna's hand behind it. Kyle was injured in the attack and escaped as he figured out that the real mistake was that the shot didn't kill him in the first instance and hence people will be coming after him. Kyle reveals that Joanna works for the CIA, who runs the Killers Anonymous meetings. Basically, CIA uses KA as its own personal hit-men shop. But now she is working for the Russians, who pay better. The only one that Joanna claims not to know is Alice, who just happens to show up on the day when the hit on Kyle was botched.

Alice says that she got an untraceable text message with a pass-code to the meeting. Joanna is the one usually sending the texts, but Joanna says she didn't invite Alice. Alice tells the group how she killed her dad when she was 13, for sexually abusing her little sister. Joanna says that Alice is not a contract killer and suspects she had something to do with the attempt on Kyle. While Joanna fixates on Alice, Molly gives out her location with a cough and is caught. She admits to having heard everything. As the group debates whether to kill Molly, Joanna declares that Alice is the new boss of the group.

Joanna explains that after Jade missed her shot on Kyle, Joanna herself made the hit, and deliberately missed. She then declares that Alice and Molly are sisters with surnames Romanoff, indicating that they are Russians and that the KA is now under Russian control. The two of them test the participants in the support group for loyalty to their new employer. The female participants pass, but the males fail and are told to wait in the church hall for an hour. They don't obey and there is a subsequent massacre in the church in which only Alice and Morgan survive.

Alice and Molly leave with Krystal. Later it is revealed that Alice and Molly are not sisters, and that Molly was recruited into KA by The Man. It is also implied that neither had any Russian connection.
