Heather is the focus of this episode. Much of it has to do with her teen relationship with Marin, who haphazardly joined the cult at Mosswood. She is filled with guilt for not having saved her friend. But she tried several times. Marin dismisses her. Julian confronts the kids in his ward and is put in solitary confinement. Harry becomes his only trusted contact. Heather decides to distance herself from Harry and sides with her fellow law officers who have made the decision to send him packing. But in addition to this, evidence would tell that there is more than casual interest in Mosswood. "Solid" citizens seem to have some problem with the truth. Harry, as usual, holds back his real feelings when confronted. This infuriates people.
