Serendip gives you the opportunity to know more about Sri Lanka and its people, making you cry and laugh with them. Ryan's character is very captivating. And I loved the experience with the turtles! Always ready to rewatch Serendip.

70 deeply touching minutes
paolomammarella25 November 2020
Serendip is not one of those usual documentaries about middle eastern countries. It unveils the beauty of a country and its society trough the human touch and the eyes of a group of volunteers. There's no made up scene or play-acting, it is a beautiful portrait of a community and the the joy that each of us can give trough simple donations.

Big yes.

You can feel the real world, you can see how the people are real, how the people are spontaneous, lively without hi-tech, car, television etc ... You can see the real people, real landscape, real wild, real life over our eyes, and i like it. Congratulations because documentaries are always structured, while this shows you a Doc. spontaneous, real, nice and that stays in your mind.

An exciting and sincere docufilm
rinaldospinozzi28 November 2020
Simple, direct, immediate, passionate and very exciting. Antonio and Andrea, today's boys but with values of other times, tell their experience of trips as solidarity couriers, in distant lands. They travel the world to bring real and active solidarity. In this docufilm we are told about Sri Lanka and the strong and sincere bond established with a primordial population. A docufilm that makes craftsmanship its strength in conveying a beautiful message.

A docufilm to watch and watch again!
tizianadigenova26 November 2020
Serendip is a docufilm that emphasizes the authenticity of the characters and the story told from beginning to end. Behind each image is hidden the generosity of the director, the authors and the actors, a generosity that gets under the skin and makes us go back to when we were children and saw the world with eyes of wonder. Gazes of understanding, genuine smiles, uncontaminated places and beautiful background music frame a real story that give emotions to an audience that's emotionally moved, amused, and that go back home after seeing the documentary with a baggage full of marvel and with a great desire to be part of that simple and wonderful world. A docufilm to watch and watch again!

A docufilm without artificial filters / Un docufilm senza filtri artificiali
marlui-0869826 November 2020
English I had the priviledge to watch this docu-film at the theatre, and It went far beyond every ordinary expectations. A project of generosity that offers to the viewers a powerful mix of love and emotions. This docu-film pushes the people to be humble and opened to life, and this is a great existential achievement. Highly recommended.

Fortemente raccomandato.
