So we begin here with 3 people what...in a van , in the woods. One girl spots like some purse in the trees and goes to investigate. Oh is it 4 people? Ok. 5 people?? 4 people search for girl who wandered off and appears to be screaming. Wander into weird bamboo field or something. They find some odd locked hut and some is locked inside it!! Then they all run off!!

Cut to Los Angeles. Meet cute couple #1. Then they travel to India for some trip. Scheduling a safari TOUR through the Tiger Reserve. Ooo yeah make out session in their room and the door mysteriously swings open!!! No one is there!
Okay day 2, checking out monkeys, and making out and dinners and more making out.
Dude proposes to girl who says No way! Later they go out exploring and come across some random exorcism. As every couple who goes to India and stays at a private resort experiences. They carry girl off into bamboo field and oh okay theres that structure from the beginning. I guess they stick girl inside there and lock her in. Couple roams thru field and finds girl inside banging on door. Oh door isn't locked and dude lets girl out. Feverish rescued girl is taken back to the room.
-1 Star for that very cliched use of the opening cell door sound effect. 2nd time they've used it for 2 different doors.
Girl freaks out but then is later just rocking in some creaky chair. All hotel rooms in India come with a very creaky rocking chair I'm sure. Girl gives advice, 'You Should Not Look Behind The Trees.' She says that's where her mom warned her, that's where they hide. And they don't want you to see them.
India dude reminds girlfriend why he loves her so much. then he has some kind of weird moment. Creepy rocking chair girl is asleep. When girl is awake, they find out her name is Asha.
So suddenly they are spending all their time with this Asha girl in their room?? Without contacting authorities or telling anyone they found her in some locked up yurt in the bamboo forest???
-1 Star for complete lack of logic
ASha and Amy? Is it, outside playing on the seesaw. Was that sprig of spices that was behind Amy supposed to be some sort of malevolent spirit??? Meanwhile Jay is off with guide dude in the bamboo field visiting the Yurt. Guide freaks out when he finds out they released Asha.
Jay gets stabbed by some mask faced dude in the bamboo. Amy gets voicemail from Jay about Asha, that Asha has been lying to them and that she killed a whole family.
Amy starts freaking out and among other things gets chased by Asha ends up stumbling through the bamboo and hiding in the clearing Yurt. Amy starts banging on the door to get out after Asha bars the door and says to Amy, 'You're safe now. I won't let them hurt you' And walks off.
Credits Roll.
That was it? Okay -1 for that ending.
Oh wait Epilogue. Jay who took the machete thru his gut is still walking around. He makes it back to the hotel room! He's in the hospital now and it's 4 days later! Jay is cruising with the police along the road near the bamboo field and there it is!! The people from the opening of the movie run into the road and flag the police! So maybe Jay and Amy do get to be together after all!!! Then again maybe not! The credits continue.
Okay I was not very impressed. 3/10
