Best episode of the season

This season has been abysmal. This episode once again showed why the show should be focused on Constantine or he simply needs his own show again.

I'm done hating on mona, yes I don't like her but there aren't that many scenes with her in this episode so that's good. I fricking loves the interactions between Sarah and Mick. Also the darker scenes with Constantine were awesome as well

Revenge of the Nerd

Warning: Spoilers
Following on from the end of last week's, Gary get the power to get the respect he's always wanted. Landing Mona and Nora in trouble as a result. A decent plot strand this, which let the guy who plays Gary flex his acting muscles. One great line from Ava about his activities early on.

The legends pursue Neron and John. A tough call causes problems and divisions.

And John gets a family history lesson.

Not as out and out fun as some for the first two thirds, but still moving the plot along nicely. But where this really clicks is team dynamics. There's a brilliant scene between Sara and Mick in Ray's quarters which has emotional wallop, as does some of what the team do next. You may punch the air once or twice as a result.

The last third of this though gets great fun again, as Mona finds her power and we learn what Gary's done. All of which ups the stakes considerably. As seen in the cliffhanger ending.

Another great episode of a hugely entertaining season.

Not as good as the magical creature episodes...but not as bad as the last few...They decided that egg is a dragon huh? Well its a dead dragon now as they took really horrible care of it. Covering it with straw to keep it warm?

I like Constantine sections but he has taken over the whole show. When did demons become the focus of the season..what happened to the magical creatures story arc?

So a bunch of nonsensical things happen. Neerons plan is to trap the ship in snow? Its snow? ...and its a freaking spaceship that can handle..oh it cant? It cant handle snow? So they are all going to die? wow...even though they could just teleport back to base...They turn off the ship but that somehow warms it up even more than being on and the snow melts..okay?. Luckily there is some dialogue here and Roy actually says more than 2 words...so I like it.

And Ray as a demon works..Suddenly the demon is super nice....But its Ray so im okay. .And Tabitha is the fairy godmother...poor choice but it was the only way they thought to tie in this new Demon arc into the pre-existing magical creatures arc...and its a weak thread.....

But Constantine was the star of the show and he sure pulled everyone and everything through this mess of a nipple episode.

Decent.

3 out of 5 stars.

The episode is decent. Constantine trying to battle out with a demonic Ray. While Nora and Mona notice strange behavior at the Bureau. It is a bit of fun, entertaining, and kind of stupid.
