Three actually disconnected comments:
1) I found this episode kaleidoscopic, even psychedelic! Bouncing around between various consciousnesses with the action crossing over between them: that kept a feeling of movement and activity while the overall stream teased out (I won't say sorted!) the relationship issues in the West-Allen family. It kept the Cicada storyline moving on (although I wish we weren't constantly subjected to the vowel-mauling "Cicayda". Only some of the Wells personas get it right!) Also, we got a hint that Cisco is able to move on from Gypsy - hooray! He deserves not to be lonely. With all that, I can't understand how anyone could find the episode slow-moving or boring.
2) To the Brazilian contributor who apologises for his English: You have nothing for which to apologise. The text of your review I might have written myself, and IMDb needs non-English speaking contributors. People all round the world view these programs and films, and have opinions on them. This is the IMDb family. Many people put an immense amount of effort into supporting IMDb, and these efforts should not be rejected on the basis of quality of English. Apart from anything else, we can't rely on any particular contributor's standard of English being constant. I could name at least two, one Dutch, one native English speaker, the grammatical quality of whose contributions vary widely, for whatever reason. It doesn't matter - all these contributions are welcome and necessary. Again - this apologetic contributor's contribution is perfect.
3) Pedants commenting on fiction really irritate me, particularly when they are likely wrong! I am happy with the concept that my mother and my wife's mother are both mothers-in-law, but really?! A cocktail is allegedly called a "Mother-In-Law" (although it's actually more likely to be a sandwich in Chicago): that is its name. Is someone coming up to a bar and ordering more than one going to ask for anything other than "Mother-In-Law"s? Would you order a couple of Hangmen's Blood or Sexes on the Beach?
