- Breif shot in an office with a full-body muscle diagram that includes male genitals, not graphic.
- A psychopath says he offered to 'do it' with a little girl he kidnapped in exchange for her freedom, but this may have been made up by the man just to incite anger in a fellow test subject.

- Two different men have a few intense coughing fits/natural asphixiation throughout the movie, one of which ends up coughing up blood and it appears as though he tore his vocal chords as he does not speak for the rest of the movie.
- During a halucination, we see a woman with a noose around her neck and bloody eyes saying "You did this to me" implying induced suicide.
- We see a fleeting shot of what appears to be a man slurping up another man's intestine, though its unclear how much canibalism actually occurs.
Profanity

- A dozen or so F-bombs, likely less than 20, without many other curse words. One use of 'cunt'.

- Toward the beginning of the movie, we hear the test subjects describe in detail some of the horrors of their past, though nothing too graphic besides one man describing how he kidnapped and killed a little girl who bullied his disabled mother.
- Throughout the middle of the film, all of the test subjects experience frightening halucinations, beginning with an auditory one, and then with various important people the men previously described in their backstories appearing to them in fightning ways.

Violence & Gore
- Three writhing men, covered in blood, are pulled from a testing chamber and it is somewhat unclear what happens to these men afterward, but it is implied they are killed by the head of the experiment.
- A man wrapped in bandages in a hospital bed with a few bloodstains has a gun held to his head, and it's implied the trigger is pulled but not shown.
- A man's head is bashed in with a toilet seat lid. While we don't see the act while it happens, we see the victem's body jitter and we see a black-and-white non-detailed picture of the body before it happens without much explaination. Finally, later, we see the remnants of the man's head in a dark room as other men shine flashlights around the room. This fate is very graphic, but the effects are only somewhat realistic.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- This whole movie revolves around the thought process of psychopaths and it's revealed all but one of the test subjects, as well as the head of the experiment, are revealed to be psychopaths and murderers. We see a few fleeting flashback shots of these men implied to be killing various people, one of which includes a man holding a saw, but most of which just have small blood splatters or breif choking, nothing graphic.
