Very good episode ,was worried the series might go downhill especially after a mediocre last season .

Season goes into interesting route

Greetings from Lithuania.

Second episode of "Ray Donovan" season 6 already felt like an improvement over a weak previous season. Yet its not without its weaknesses as well. Good things about this season are involving writing and very good acting - those are usual qualities of this show. But what distracted me during these two episodes were truly impossible things that happened here - its all in the details, and without getting into spoilers i will just mention a few like how did they got out of the hospital and etc. But those are minor complaints. As a one who watches this show from its pilot when its aired, i still looking forward for next episodes of a season which feels like a very soft reboot here.

Warning: Spoilers
Bridget is still a worthless storyline, she is a crying blabbering sack. Thankful Ray is finally back and no bull crap.

Grandad? Again?
AntoineMDevine13 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I know his role is like a criminal psychopathic version of Kramer (Seinfeld), but I've had enough of grandad and his Wylie Coyote schemes that get him out of prison (again) just to destroy everyone's lives and needlessly murder innocent people all out of some sick sense of entitlement. Enough already. Granddad's non-story has officially jumped the shark. Tobacco water and jogging cause a heart attack? This season started out to be very compelling until this useless, distracting subplot reared it ugly head. Still love the show, but I'll be fast-forwarding through Voight's overacted appearances.
