Loneliness in a brooding tension

Very well executed and consistent in style. This film definitely leaves room for interpretation. I cannot help but think that the old man hires an escort so that he can finally experience physical intimacy and subsequently be assisted in ending his life. This film makes palpable the impact of loneliness in a brooding a sensual setting.
