- A woman has her face cut off with an axe. This scene is probably the goriest scene of the movie with closeups of the woman's face being seen and the axe being slowly driven through her face until it comes off, all of this is onscreen. Extremely graphic.
- A woman has her head split in half by one of the killers, very graphic but brief.
- Multiple Killers have their heads explode in graphic detail.
- A woman has her arms torn off by a killer. The arms being ripped off are done offscreen but the body is later found.
- A woman cuts her own eye out. The eye being cut out is offscreen but the sounds may disturb viewers.
- A woman removes the eye of another woman. This is shown in graphic detail and goes on for about two minutes.
- A killer is disembowelled at the start of the film. You see him holding his intestines in his hands. Fairly graphic but only onscreen for a couple of seconds.
- A woman stabs a man to death at the end of the film. This is done offscreen with only the stabs being heard and the man yelling in agony.
- There are sequences of killers fighting one another. These scenes can be graphic with the killers using axe's or hooks as weapons, resulting in lots of slash and stab wounds though these only happen a couple of times throughout the film.
- A killer has his fingers sliced off with a bladed weapon. He stick's his mangled hand into a woman's mouth, covering her face in blood before he is killed.
