In the scene where Cade is in a computer lab hiding from the gas masked soldiers, he inexplicably sits down at one of the computers. During live viewings, audience members will chant "Control-Alt-Delete" for the entirety of the unexplained minute of the character seated at the computer.
The eagle or hawk which is featured in stock footage multiple times in the film is credited as Astro-Eagle in the final credits of the film.

Like many of his other films, Neil Breen shot the majority of Twisted Pair in Las Vegas. As such, Breen has established a solid relationship with the indie film community and theaters in the Vegas area. However, when a scheduled screening for Twisted Pair was abruptly and inexplicably canceled by the owners of a Las Vegas theatre (Breen later stated he had paid "in full advance" for the screening), Breen expressed his displeasure with the situation on his personal Twitter account claiming the theatre owners were "not supporters of indie film".
