Funny but gave me frustration

I want to start by saying that the movie has its funny moments in the first half and I laughed until my stomach hurt but then in the second half everything goes downhill. The storyline lacks logic. The climax and the "lesson" taught had nothing to do with the rest of the movie. Both husband and wife were wrong that's all I'm gonna say. The acting. My god. Venky was his usual self and varun did the telangana accent well. But there was so much over acting that it was painful to watch. Tamannah was kinda sub par but the other girl Muhreen was just awful. Everytime she did her signature line I cringed. Film had no meaning. After watching it, it made me feel like not marrying ever lol. The song were so bad!!! Almost all mass or item songs like not one good song and the dancing was not appropriate for children or my poor eyeballs. All in all film didn't make much sense but it was funny. Sometimes.

Despite the apparent lack of story (which is already understood in promo), the first half works due to Vintage Venky in full form. But, the same doesn't work out in the second half which gets progressively weaker. Varun tries to speaks in telangana style but it does not entertain much. Thamanha as harika does a decent work. Mehreen (honey) is ok. Overall, F2 is an average comedy entertainer for the festival period. Once it can be watched for fun and it loses some frustration and makes us laugh.

Comedy element of the movie is nice, hence first half is completely enjoyable. But the 2nd half is deciding parameter for final verdict and it could not withstand to the expectation it has created by 1st half. So the script really failed and the originality of the film is entirely lost. 2nf half is utter flop.

The movie shows wife manipulating her husband, her sister and family also tortures the husband and to be husband. When those husbands couldn't tolerate, they ran away. But the director wanted to #respectwomen and no matter what crime they commit, men should always lick their feet. So he makes these husbands forget all wrong doings, reconcile with them and never complaint about wrong doings of wives.

A blast for venky fans. Amazing how he maintains the same energy through all these years. Varun tej's performance is good as well.
The plot is more favorable to women. I really liked Mehreen's role. Her comedy - honey is the best - dialogue is funny to watch. Her singing and dancing in one of the scenes is hilarious.

Simple plot: Heroines and their families torture their respective husbands to an extent that they cannot take it anymore and fly away to Europe. That motivates heroines to dump their husbands and marry some other guys. Now heroes have to accept that it's their mistake to leave them no matter how much torture they impose on them and bring them back to their lives. If you still think you can get away with this stuff,this movie is for you..

Whoever sat through this movie should be given the highest civilian order for their bravery. Mindless scripting with very poor screenplay. Don't know how people are liking this piece of turd. Too much dramatic over action with the highest levels of cringe. The fact that this movie has received many positive reviews tells us what's wrong with us as individuals and as a society. There is no hope for humanity.

One of the most underrated Telugu actors is Venky. He's the pillar of this hilarious movie. Even his own brother Suresh Daggubati didn't invest in him much due to limited market of Venky in the recent years. Finally there's one director who knew Venky was always big, it's only a matter of time a Hurricane was coming. This movie crossed 100 crores and shut everyone's mouth. Anthega, Anthega!!

The director just messed with skits of Jabardasth,Patas and delivered with this 2 hrs long frustrating masterpiece. Not applying into originality but this movie doesn't justify logic and pseudo feminism shown through the female artists is irritating to the core. Venky did far better comic roles than this crap. Varun Tej offers nothing as an actor. Tamannah and Mehreen are just disgusting as torturing wives. No fun,only frustration as the jokes are a vague mixture of Jabardasth Patas jokes(which evoke better fun than this)

When it comes to humour, there's not one kind of it that'll tickle everyone's funny bone. Some like it subtle, some slapstick, and then there are those who like it situational, while others prefer roasts. But, there's also the category who love to laugh their sorrows away with cliché funny message forwards about how difficult marital life really is. That is the category Anil Ravipudi is presumably looking to tap into with this film, which is filled with dialogues that truly do sound like finely tuned forwards.
Venky (Venkatesh) is an orphan looking for marriage proposals and is found suitable by Harika (Tamannaah) because she's not looking to marry into a family. Varun (Varun Tej) is a carefree Telangana youth who is head-over-heels in love with Harika's sister, the multi-talented Honey (Mehreen Pirzada) for a whole whopping month before her family decides to get them engaged and married soon after. However, it's not soon before the Cobras (co-brother-in-laws) decide they're better off without the women in their lives and decide to flee to another country. But what happens when the women decide to give them a taste of their own medicine?
The basic plot of the film has been done and dusted in Indian films so many times, there's really nothing anyone can do to make it unique. The first half of the film seems like one long rant by frustrated men on how women always nag. The second half, which takes place in Europe, is one disjointed mess which brings in more characters, including Prakash Raj who plays the women's family friend. Anil Ravipudi seemingly relies on the humour part of the film to pull it through so much; he seems to have decided to not invest in fleshing out any of the characters. The men are all innocent victims falling prey to the nagging women they're married to, end of story. Logic of course goes for a toss, which is fine seeing as how the genre itself doesn't call for much.
The good news however, is that Venkatesh is in full form here, mouthing even the most cliché one-liners with sincerity and panache; you can't help but find yourself laughing along. He invests not just with his dialogue delivery but even the body language and expressions. Varun Tej on the other hand delivers an earnest performance, not just looking like a million bucks but holding his own in a film he could easily drown in. It is only his Telangana accent that's a mild put off, seeing as how he's unfortunately accompanied by Priyadarshi initially, who's a pro at delivering even the simplest lines in Telangana with flair. Tamannaah and Mehreen, who don't even get introduction titles like the former two do, make the best of what they're offered. Mehreen is particular carries her character through even though it's so easy to make her seem caricature-ish. The sad part though is despite the ample screen-time they're given, focus seems to be on sporadically showing off their 'glamour' by donning them in flimsy sarees, lingerie or even bikinis. Prakash Raj, Vennela Kishore, Jhansi, Rajendra Prasad and co nail their roles, if only they had a better story to bank on.
However, give this one a chance this weekend if you're looking for something that you can leave your brains at home for and enjoy irrespective of the tired old template. More so, give it a go for Venkatesh, who saves this film from sinking into oblivion. But give it a cold hard miss if outdated humour and gender tropes are not your cup of tea.
