Exactly what you would expect from a movie with a $20,000 budget.
some amusing kill scenes, sub par acting and an absent plot.

This movie is just about as bad as a movie can be. Bad acting, bad story. Bad everything. The only mildly entertaining thing about it is the gore content. If you don't like gratuitous gore, skip it entirely.

Bad in not even the most entertaining way. Acting horrible. Dialogue predictable and obvious as a frieght train coming at you. The only way this would be worth your time is with friends drunk or high making fun of how bad it is.

There are a TON of Christmas horror flicks out there and this is one of them. That's about all I can say for it. The best character (a mannequin with a voice over) doesn't show up until the last 15? minutes and can't really save it. I took a chance on this one and I'm warning you now so you don't have to.

The stories were anywhere from 20-30 minutes long. The drunken one was a bit nasty but that's just me. Otherwise, the stories themselves were pretty good overall. I mean it's not Tales from the Crypt style but this is one of the few movies that was enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to watch a nice anthology and want to turn your brain off.

Unholy Night is loads of fun! It's obvious the filmmakers love horror and had a great time making this movie. It offers some great scares, icky gore and big laughs for fans of the genre. Don't wait for the holidays to watch this one!

Horror anthologies are a dime a dozen. A lot try to just slap unrelated stories from short film compositions together without even an attempt at making sense of the stories and call it a day. This one, though, has a stealthy way of bringing everything together. Each story also largely covers area that is pretty common in horror films while at the same time putting an interesting twist on it. There were a few times something happened and I immediately notes that I don't remember seeing that before, despite the number of horror films I've watched at this point. And a few scenes were definitely fun to watch. Recommended.

I didn't think I would like it as much as I did. It was everything a "B" horror comedy should be! I loved it. It had suspense, laughs, jump scares... I liked the characters and the way the movie unfolded although some of it was confusing and I didn't quite get it, hence the 8.
