Sex & Nudity

  • Mild sexual references.
  • Female characters often wear cleavage revealing clothes or tight tops and short shorts throughout the movie.
  • Bee finds a bra laying around and later she finds a pair of panties and sniffs them.
  • In a pool scene females wear skimpy bikinis including a thong showing brief female buttocks nudity & males wear swimming shorts.
  • Two women hug and one woman jokingly bends the other one over and humps her from behind.
  • The lead females are shown making out sensually, with their tongues heavily used. One of them reaches down and grabs her girlfriend's genitals through her shorts. Close up shot of her hand squeezing the other girl's crotch. Then it cuts away. Lengthy and very sensual scene.
  • A man walks in on Sophie and Bee making out intensely in their bedroom. Bee is bent over the bed and Sophie is rubbing up on her from behind and kissing her. Fairly obvious they were about to have sex before it's interrupted.
  • No real sex or nudity.
  • Most of the songs played throughout the movie have graphic sexual language in them.

Violence & Gore

  • Strong sequences of violence physically and by weapons. Occasionally played for laughs but more frequently meant to shock and scare.
  • Characters participate in a game with slaps and punches, not violent.
  • Most of the violence occurs offscreen, but injury detail and dead bodies are seen unflinchingly.

Profanity

  • Language is extremely pervasive. 194 uses of "fuck", 9 uses of "shit", and more mild profanity like "bitch", "slut" and several uses of a racial slur in a song.
  • A song is played with the word cunt said several times.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Someone eats chocolate cake before someone tells them that there is weed in it
  • The friend group has a party and drinks alcohol
  • One character takes Xanax and gives some to another character.
  • A man vapes in a couple of scenes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Much of the movie takes place in a mansion where the power is out, so the only light comes from character's phones and flashlights. This often creates suspense due to everything being dark.
  • Multiple jumpscares throughout the movie, however they are usually quick.
