- A dead body is shown right in the beginning of the movie.
- One character has a wide variety of blades sprout out of his body, with plenty of blood. Another character fights him and gets pierced by said blades repeatedly.
- A character is very suddenly cut to pieces, with lots of blood spraying everywhere.
- A battle between two characters, which results in one getting cut up, only to regenerate before being stabbed through with plenty of blood spraying.

- An even more emotionally intense tone than the previous movie, with many dire situations throughout and characters in near constant danger.

- A character is pierced by a sword in the stomach and hand.
- A teen girl tears into her own chest and rips out a bloody worm, that's actually her grandfather controlling her. She crushes it, with some blood spray, and it later falls into a pit of lava.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A main character unleashes a forbidden power inside himself to be able to fight, but ends up suffering from terminal illness as a result as well as excruciating pain. This makes the plot even more emotionally intense, as it means that even if his goal is achieved, he'll die soon afterwards.
- One character is corrupted by an evil force that she cannot control, making her violent and cruel, even though she's nothing like that in real life.
- Two major and likeable characters are likewise possessed by an evil spirit and attack their former friends. The others are forced to kill them, which is quite saddening.
- A great deal of main characters die in this movie, some evil, and some actually good and likeable.
