"Better Be Kids" is a boring romantic film with predictable ending that tries to explore more serious themes, but ultimately fails at every one of its storylines. The protagonist, Sara, is a shallow character, who actually as the film progresses becomes more and more annoying (which I don't think was the director's intention). Nicola is a typical "nice guy" with sad past and Sara's fiance is a typical villainous career focused man. This love triangle reminds me of every average TV soap opera, which unfortunately this film is. Even the story line about new teaching techniques is just farfetched and simply not believable. I really struggle to say anything good about this film.
