Decent acting. That's the only positive to this movie. Boring, predictable, and at times nonsensical (all the emphasis placed upon the history of the house is discarded for the ending).

There appears to be a lot of Paranormal Activity influence here but none of it amounts to much. Unfortunately, there isn't a single scare to be found here.

Don't get fooled. This is NOT a real movie, real as in made by real filmmakers with real actors. It's a bunch of amateurs shooting non-actors with terrible quality video that constantly shake because they are too cheap to use a tripod.

Not scary, not interesting. Avoid.

My neighbors house on holloween is scarier than this and, it's child friendly! No timeline for the situation, how long were they getting ready for this haunted house opening? Was this over hours? Days? Months? Acting was ok, given what the actors had to work with. Not worth the time to get into any details. Actually, there are no details period. Just skip it. Ignore the 10's. Obviously paid for or relatives.

The acting wasn't bad but it kind of reminded me of paranormal activity except with clowns. Not going give spoilers but I knew what was gonna happen and for me I kind of want to be surprised. I enjoyed watching it and the editing and how it was put together was awesome. That's why I'm giving it a 5/10. Never easy putting together a film. If I was living in that house my first thought would be to get rid of the clowns because they freak me out lol.

You can tell that this is a smaller studio with limited budget but man they fit the quota of spooky movies.

Solid plot and scares definitely watch the ending!

It was pretty good. The storyline had substance, the acting was great and the scares were great but short. A little slow paced but indie films tend to be. The interactions between the two characters were very believable. Especially when they were fighting and flirting. I recommend watching this.

Great indie horror movie

Definitely give this movie a watch!

Interesting plot with tons of scary and tense moments, definitely on par with the major horror movies coming out now. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

There were a lot of elements I liked, but there were a some issues. 46:27 - 47:05 Super good scene, I love how she walks out and thinks she sees Tyler but it's not especially with the lead up of that person sized doll earlier. Mostly my biggest issues was the audio.

Must see! Very interesting plot and super scary. This would have to be one of my favorites. The script was well written. The acting was amazing. This is definitely a must see movie! Overall I would give it a 9/10 only because like I say with all movies I just want more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone 9/10 overall!!

Haunted House Turned Deadly

I absolutely loved this movie!! Usually, when we think of a Haunted House we don't think of something evil haunting it and terrorizing the place leaving us in fear. This film puts a new twist on turning a house into a haunted house and then having you be in complete fear of being in the house. I'm a huge fan of haunted houses and I love the jump scares they give me leaving goosebumps up and down my body! Now that I've seen this movie, I'm debating on whether or not I want to even go to another haunted house. This movie was absolutely amazing and I was definitely scared throughout most parts of the movie! Loved if!

Favorite DBS Film

The cinematography. Wonderful. Loved the storyline of trying to tune up the old home to spook others. The masks were something I will never forget about this movie. And the red paint was such a nice touch especially just not knowing what it meant and trying to figure it out (or asking kellan). I thought the two main actors were very compatible and worked well with each other and made it more realistic. Definitely my favorite DBS film.

fun movie but some issues with sound

I'm not sure if it was my computer or the film itself but I had a lot of issues with the sound on this one, sometimes it was a bit hard to hear the dialog or the sound effects would be too loud if the actors were at an audible level. Scam artists finding out their place is really haunted is not new to horror, but every scammer in the whole movie becoming a true believer is pretty funny. And I just love the idea of killer haunts and houses haunted by ghosts so it's a great combination.

I personally love the idea of a couple buying a house for the history of it. It would totally make sense for a paranormal investigator couple to buy a haunted house then film about it and one day sell it for more! I mean just look at Zak from Ghost Adventures he does the same thing! Overall I though the movie was better than most indie horror films!!

The only reason it's not 10/10 is cuz i liked to see more done with it cuz the concept it's great and I love how yall executed it The beginning seens are clean and follows throw but towards the end they get kinda choppy and lost on what's going on like the part where some got killed in the haunted house I had to go back to see if it was an actor or a guest and also could have done more with the actors in the haunted house but other then that having the camera set to where you can see the guests go throw and have a feel like your watching film from and haunted house and not a movie that was really good and eye catching kinda wish more then just the clown room was focused on or just more happen in the clown room all together.

I really appreciate that this movie used a more original concept for an indie horror! This is about a couple that purchase a house with the intention of turning into a year round haunted house. They chose a house with a checkered past to add to the horror vibes so you can guess what kind of weird stuff starts happening!

This indie movie was entertaining to watch. I did though wish they did more with the house to make it seem more like an attraction people would go to. But overall it was a low budget good time.

This movie was done so well!!! The idea that a couple would buy a haunted house for an attraction makes the movie more realistic and scary. Very relatable and unpredictable. Kept me guessing!

I love this movie. It's one of my favorites. I have watched it twice. I have so many favorite parts. This film is full of very intense scenes that will keep you on the edge. One of my favorite parts is when he is changing the camera and they make each other laugh over walky talky. Great actors. It was super realistic and it made my heart jump multiple times. Super suspenseful and thrilling throughout the entire movie, the background music makes it better. I have multiple favorite parts but one of them is probably when she becomes possessed and kills him. Did not see that coming. DBS and the whole crew did an amazing job! I would watch it 100 times over! 10 stars!
