- The game overall does not contain a lot of blood or onscreen violence what so ever. The only onscreen sequence is mild. But the game does include many sequences of disturbing off screen violence many times.
- A woman is shown running down a hall and being electrocuted to death. (Mild)
- There is a scripted sequence that shows SCP-173 (the statue) killing researchers during a short blackout, along with screaming and bone crunching noises. (Moderate)
- SCP-096 has it's hands and feet covered in blood.
- MTF units arrive at the facility in the middle of the game, and will actively search and shoot down the player. If the player gets shot and runs away from the MTF without dying, they will bleed until they die from blood loss. (Moderate)
- Some small puddles of blood are sometimes seen on the floors.
- Crunching noises are heard very often when the player is killed by SCP-173.
- Overall Violence is nothing to worry about in the game. Most likely the terror could be very extreme.
- Dead bodies are sometimes seen during the game, including corpses with gunshot wounds on the body, corpses that have their stomachs torn by SCP-096, and corpses that have been undergoing surgery, lying on the floor. But all of these in the game look very unrealistic and fake.
- A dead body is sometimes seen coming through the ceiling in a hallway with it's body covered in a black liquid. There is no blood but there there is a shrunken disturbing face.
- Two images are shown on monitors containing photoshopped gore (i.e a bloody hand, a skinned wolf head).
- Moderate blood, and mild gore, but there is nothing too bad shown onscreen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The game is extremely terrifying and is #1 recommended for horror lovers.
- The age does not really matter unless you can not handle horror.
- Several images are shown on monitors containing real life gore (i.e a bloody hand, a skinned dog).
- The scp monsters are frightening
- The initial breach is intense. Alarms are blaring, the facility shakes as gunfire and explosions are heard in the distance. Monstrous sounds and screams of people being killed can be heard as well. After some time however, the facility becomes eerily quiet.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- At the start of the game if you refuse to exit your cell you are killed by gas. (Mild)
- If you walk into the cell of scp 012 you are forced to finish the script with your own blood no visuals but mildly disturbing audio.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In the capture of SCP 106 you must activate the femur breaker while the site wide intercom is on. Nothing is shown. You only hear the screams and crying of the D-class in the cell. Very loud screaming.
