a story from East
Kirpianuscus20 June 2020
I suppose, for many viewers, it is only a depressing film , another one from East. In fact, it represents only a realistic reflection of life. Not new in Romanian or Bulgarian cinema. The poetry of misery is a main tendency and it exists for so many reasons than only people from this space understand it. A film about a family, two crisis, a solution, hate, sacrifice, compromises , a sort of option. And minimmalistic dialogue and acting. A film about woman condition. And about family. Simple, direct and cold.

Another Bulgarian depressing movie
BabuBibu3 April 2020
We have once again failed to present any actual art or entertainment to the world as apparently all we can create is just a mirror of the most depressing lives anyone has ever lived. Bulgarian moviedoers lead us to believe that not only is life only misery, but we are also incapable of actual real human emotions. I hate this movie. I usually don't hate people but it's close to hate with everyone who made this or participated in it.
