- An elementary school student uses voodoo dolls to torment his classmates and teachers. One student is found buried up to his head in the dirt, and two of the teachers are replaced by cloth dolls.
- An inhuman woman eats a high school student off screen, and eats a grown man onscreen.
- A man chops a woman apart with a butcher knife. Body parts and blood are seen everywhere. Her disembodied limbs begin to grow into horrific creatures.
- A woman is whipped by a child and her neck begins to bleed. The child grows fangs and attacks her. It is mentioned later that he sucked her blood.
- Characters "explode" and are seen as a flattened piece of bloody flesh after consuming a rare nectar.
- A boy is shoved into a waterfall and drowns. His bloated corpse comes back to life.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A girl has a giant slug coming out of her mouth that she cannot get out. The episode ends with her head decapitating and becoming the shell for the snail.
- A woman suffers from fear of mortality, and a man is stuck in dreams that eventually never end. The man's physical body deteriorates into a grotesque creature until it crumbles down and blows away. The woman is given some of his brain to have a never ending dream before she dies. It implied this will be experimented on mankind.
- A family is strung up like puppets and moves around their daily lives being controlled by something else. At the end of the episode, they die and turn into actual puppets.
- A girl discovers her body has died and she is a copy of her own spirit. She only has a finite amount of time before she disappears.
- An illness goes around that turns children into wooden dolls and their bodies become inhuman. The only way to let them die is to burn their bodies.
- A family cuts the scalps off of their relatives and connects them together similarly to a centipede. The son connects all of the heads to his own and crab walks after a woman he is going to force to have a child with to continue the tradition.
- A woman slits her throat open with a razor and bleeds. A man sucks the blood from her neck, and she grows park-like branches from the wound. Her body is eventually taken over by the plant and her blood turns into fruit that burst when squeezed. It is said that this is the fate of an entire village, except for the ones who eat the blood.
- A boy constantly drinks vegetable oil and begins to break out as a teenager. His entire face and body are covered in pimples, and he ends up squeezing the pus out onto his sister. She also begins breaking out and her father forces her to drink vegetable oil. Their father chops his own foot off and oil comes out instead of blood.
- A girl has an affair with her teacher and becomes pregnant. She is shoved off of a cliff and dies. The students in her class chop her into 42 pieces and each take a piece to dispose of. They show no remorse for killing her and cutting up her body.
