Seriously horrible. Has nothing to do with 2020 and it is surface debunking of Nostradamus' quatrains. A 3rd grader could have done this and probably could have done a better job. Don't waste your time.

I had to turn this off after 10 mins as the music overlay became so distracting, it's on constantly. After 10 mins I still hadn't learned anything informative and the narrators voice began to grate on my nerves.

It is a very poor attempt at debunking Nostradamus. Like a year 8 high school debate. Misrepresents historical events twists them and then inserts random theories to create 'evidence'. None of which meet any scientific standards.
Research of the director shows many similar poor attempts to make a name for himself. Most of the show repeatition of made up rubbish. Maybe trying to convince himself?
Sad really
Do not waste your time on this movie. It has nothing to do with 2020. Why name it that. So misleading and so are the previews!

This low-rent documentary takes a look at Nostradamus and starts off as a biography on him and then moves into some of the predictions that he has made. Some believe that he was able to predict the future while others feel that everything he wrote was purely coincidental.
2020 NOSTRADAMUS is a pretty poor movie no matter how you look at it. As an educational piece on Nostradamus it doesn't work because it's just so deadly dull that people aren't going to be interested in anything that the man did. As a documentary the thing is jut way too flat to become interesting and that's saying a lot when you consider who the subject is.
This is a pretty bland film from start to finish and it certainly doesn't help that the narrator is just so dry and over-dramatic at times that you can't help but be turned off by everything he's saying. The re-enactments aren't any better and the entire film has a very cheap feel to it. I will at least give it credit for trying to take a fair look at Nostradamus and his predictions.

I actually sat through the first 45 minutes of this, constantly hoping it would get better. It is dry, mundane and an absolute waste of time.
The show had dull narration and mediocre video. It had nothing to do with its description and I cannot understand why Amazon has it listed as a 'recommended watch'. Even at only 67 minutes, it is exceptionally drawn out. If someone were to tell me that it was a student's high school video essay, I would believe it. No depth, no interesting points and the storyline was far too weak to call it a documentary. It was utterly dreadful.

Spent precious 5 min watching this garbage because it was highlighted on primevideo
Meaningsless confusing propaganda for what cause? It didn´t make any sense. As someone else said here, it is an attempt to debunk Nostradamus. With some agenda behind that the producers do not have the skills to make clear what is.Just leaving one as empty as the movie is. And why 2020 in the title? No explanation. A total waste of time.

Horrible in so many ways. Over dramatic. Painfully slow. Unabashedly biased. Un-informative and lacking. I came genuinely wanting to learn some history and fact about Nostradamus, his life, his predictions and prophecies, and an unbiased two-sided approach to his works. I got basically zero of anything I was hoping for. Don't waste any of your time with this.

Thinks his irresponsible interpretations of his are scientific. Has nothing to do with 2020. I think he's terrified of the future. A documentary should be unbiased and all he does is try to expound his aetheist agenda. Poorly made in someone's basement. Gave it one star because they don't have a lower rating.

I just finished watching this "documentary", hoping to hear new information on Nostradamus himself. Instead I listened to a slow, plodding rehash of parts of Nostradamus' life and family(most of which are already well known). The music was too loud and the speaker, who was also not a good speaker, was drowned out and it was difficult to decipher all his words. I agree with other astute reviewers who have said that the last10 minutes were basically a tirade against religion and Christianity. The narrator kept making the same statements over and over, deriding Nostradamus. That, combined with his direct statement that people are stupid and are relying solely on technology/the Internet for their ideas and beliefs was a total insult to discerning people worldwide. My overall impression is that the author/maker of this "documentary" is so afraid that Nostradamus and other prophets might actually be right, that he/they protest too much. A total waste of time to watch this.
This rotten trash masquerades as a documentary but is nothing but a nasty snide pompous soapbox for that malignant anti-religion pseudo academic snot nose lobby against everything not comprehended by their tiny closed minds by labeling it religion and justifying their rejection of any validity of it by invoking their own claim of operating under a facade of "scientific" thinking , which it certainly is not .

The film equivalent of suffering through listening to that kid in the class who didn't prepare anything for his presentation, and so he simply waffles on vaguely about nothing...
...except here there's no teacher to put him out of his misery, and he just keeps on going for 67 ludicrous, tedious, stock footage-filled minutes.
Oh, and there's the same 36 seconds of royalty-free music playing on a loop, blaring from the school's speakers outside the classroom, almost (but not quite) drowning out the unprepared kid's ramblings.

Philip Gardiner is bias without any proof of his so-called reality.
Should belong on YouTube and not amazone prime.
some of his comments " the world is full of stupid people believing religion and the occult "
no proof what so ever. only the opinion of a man is his moms basement.

Producer had some serious grudge with Nostradamus. They are trying hard just to convince that Nostradamus played with words only...i kept watching and waiting for it to get better, bit it got worse after each minute. After completing I was still thinking, they did not make any point throughout.

Not only did that pompous obviously atheist closed minded idiot narrator misquoted the quotes he was using as his irrefutable proof , he down right quoted the WRONG quatrains about several events he shows in this decrepit "documentary"
Since when does prophecy, predictions or faith require scientific method? Is this guy over 15??? All prophecies are a matter of interpretation from Isiah to Ezekiel , Nostradamus to Cayce. The sound bites of this repetitive garbage of a documentary sound more like indoctrination to this "directors" tunnel vision! What a pathetic attempt to get viewership by claiming this is the documentary of Nostradamus predictions about the future ! What a Giant waste of time

It is about time that the coin was flipped! And this did exactly that.
Refreshing, great entertainment and educational.
Brings a new spin on the 'fake news' era in which we live, actually it just identifies some of the origins of why we have so much fake news. Fake news is like a disease and we keep on feeding (watching/listening to) the people that infect us with it.
Personally I thank the film maker(s) for this. It is about time.
Synopsis: I enjoyed it, I would label it as primarily educational and make it a compulsory view for all teenagers.

You don't learn anything, there are no examples so as to convince you of the argument, doesn't tell you anything!! Just the worst, slow, monotone voiceover of a bland script. Apart from that it's all music and graphics. If I was high, then this might have been entertaining! How does garbage like this even get funded?

I've heard a lot about Nostradamus but didn't know that much. I tuned it because I was interested to learn a little more. I kinda wish I hadn't. I don't really feel I learnt anything & the graphics were extremely irritating, just a lot of flashing pictures. Also I'm not really sure that the narrator should be calling viewers stupid when he can't pronounce simple words properly...
