- A woman beats up another woman by sneak attack, she almost stomps her head but stops and spares her life
- A woman's arm starts to itch and insects are shown crawling inside her skin. The bugs dig out of her skin, leaving bloody holes. A few moments later, she is seen vomiting crawling ants.
- A woman asks to stop the bus so she could get sick outside. She poops and vomits on the side of the road.
- A man is shown physically sick. His nose starts to bleed and he vomits multiple times. He brushes it off, but faints after.
- A woman shocks another woman with a taser.
- Men are shown dying from poison.
- A woman cuts off her own hand. This is pretty disturbing, but it is offscreen.

- A woman is tied up and it is implied that she is going to be sexually assaulted. An amputee woman graphically suggests she's going to assault the woman but stops as it's all part of a revenge plan. The suggestion of assault is intense and possibly disturbing.
- It's strongly suggested and implied that a man sexually abuses his pupils if they 'fail' at their practices.
Violence & Gore
- Infrequent, but graphic and strong brutal scenes of violence, including a cut off hand and 4 cut off limbs and eyes and mouth sewn shut.
- A man stabs a woman in the forearm. He drags the blade all the way to her wrist. The entire act is shown. Very disturbing.
- A woman pretends to rape a woman with her arm missing a hand, this is her pretending to make sure the woman dosent get raped by the men who faint, the woman screams and the thought of it is painful
- 2 women beat up, stab, slash, and hit a man with a fireplace stick until he is dead, there is struggle and the man stabs a woman in the arm, very graphic, the last part of the scene has a woman beating the man with a stick, blood is on all characters involved and squirting
