Nipples are very visible when they come out of the water. There is another waterfall scene where the same woman is shown naked from behind, and then full frontal nudity as well. There is also a scene where the shepherd has sex with a daughter. No nudity but still disturbing sexually.

- It is an all female cult, wives and daughters, with a male leader "The Shepherd" He almost kisses one of his daughters, then later puts his fingers in the mouth of a wife in front of that daughter while he and the daughter are looking through the windows of different houses, he later rapes that daughter. Eventually all the daughters are to become wives.
- Heavy amounts of implied incest. Very disturbing.

- Lambs are shown skinned, The Shepherd is shown slitting a lambs throat, a rabbit is shown after being sacrificed, The Shepherd abuses the women, emotionally, physically and sexually, he repeatedly is shown shoving his fingers in their mouths, some of the women have marks where they have been choked. One of the daughters imagines being drowned. One of the daughters fantasizes about attacking and killing the Shepherd, his bloody body is shown later.
