- The game starts or very nicely and childish but starts becoming disturbing

Violence & Gore
- There is a minigame where if you complete it perfectly the next level will start displaying bloodied dogs around the map until that's all there is as the music slowly becomes slower and more creepy. It's later revealed that the minigame character is Susie - the soul of Chica - and that Afton killed her dog to lure away and murder her.
- In one minigame, we see a child's dead body at the back of a building.
Profanity
- At the end of the Completion Ending, Cassette Man (or Henry) tells one of the characters (Most likely William Afton, the killer of the original five children) that the darkest pit of Hell has come to swallow him whole and not to keep the devil waiting.

- In one of the minigames there is a location named "Jr's" and is referenced to be a bar
