  • Two men / elves disemboweled alive by wolf-like creature unleashed upon them by orcs.
  • There is a brutal fist fight in episode three, wherein men are punched repeatedly, with blood spraying from their mouths and splattering on objects (including the camera). One man has his arm graphically broken onscreen with the bone shown snapping under his skin.

Profanity

  • Bloody is said.
  • A kid says 'Bastard mice' once while hitting the floor, though the banging is very loud and the 'bastard' part cant be heard every well

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A couple scenes of drinking. No drunk characters though.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The orcs can be a bit intense and scary for younger viewers

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • There is a scene where Galadriel and the elves take shelter in the ice cave, they get ambushed by the cave troll who knocks down the elves. Galadriel then jumps on the troll and stabs it in the head and the blood splatters out and kills the troll.
  • The warg mauls and eats people and this is shown graphically, with intestines being seen briefly.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Multiple battle scenes do feature graphic depictions of blood and gore. One episode, one of the main characters kills and decapitates a orc. We see her setting down the head on a bar with a bit of blood being visible from farther out shots. This might be a bit too much for younger viewers.
