Sex & Nudity

  • Nothing Much. No Nudity is shown but it is referenced a lot.
  • T teen - Violence, Blood, partial nudity, language, and Crude Humor
  • The card art for Nelly shows Butters with his penis sticking out, referencing Season 20, even though it is never shown.
  • Cartman's imaginary friend, Cupid Cartman, is playable in the game. He appears naked, even though his penis is covered, and he lets out a bit of pee in his death animation.
  • The Fantasy card The Amazingly Randy attacks by shooting stuff out of his penis, and when he uses his ability, he summons a bunch of chickens (referred to as Cocks in-game) out of his trousers. Although, he is mostly covered, aside from his trousers being unzipped, as stated by Butters in the main story.
  • The Sci-fi card Sixth Element Randy shows Randy wearing a skin-tight suit showing off a lot of his skin, which references Leeloo from The Fifth Element, who Randy is dressed up as.

Violence & Gore

  • The Mystical card Unholy Combustion shows a lot of blood sprayed around when used. The art for the card also shows a man getting blown to smithereens by the Woodland Critters, as his guts appear everywhere in the card's art.

Profanity

  • When the player upgrades a card all the way to the max level, a message is shown on the card that says "Holy shit, you maxed out this card! All hail the Phone Destroyer!".

  • The Sci-fi card Sixth Element Randy is shown holding a can of beer, and his ability shows him summoning a robot vacuum by throwing up from drinking so much beer.

  • Not much is said by the boys themselves in person but on the 'chat' they swear a lot. Fuck, Shit, Bitch and more.
  • Swearing is not said a lot by the kids but you see the words through text e.g. Fuck, Shit, Bitch. At the start of the game a character says Shit and is heard
