Netflix has this episode "Double Down" incorrectly titled as "Snake Eyes".
Aggravated assault is charged when the person being assaulted is either a law enforcement officer, first responder, government employee or a child under the age of 11. The charge a person would face for pushing an adult civilian down a flight of stairs resulting in injuries severe enough to put the victim's life in danger would be assault in the first degree. Assault in the first degree is a class B felony and carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison, the same is true of attempted murder in the second degree. So in terms of prison time being convicted of assault one or attempted murder two means pretty much the same sentence since they are both violent class B felonies.
James Morrison, the actor playing Senator Phillips appeared in the Season 1 episode "Eye Spy." This is the second time an actor has played two characters on the show, and also marks the greatest distance between an actor's first and second appearance thus far. Bryce Johnson was the first actor who played two different characters.
