I don't understand why writers are pulling so hard on this storyline.

Orange is the New Black Season 6 Episode 7

Review : In reviewing this episode, the only thing I can say is that the writers should stop exaggerating this storyline. Looking at this story line, I really want to watch the rest of this sizzling episode.

    Acting : Fairly Good.

    Direction : Pretty fine.

Story : Not a very good one and not a very bad one.

    Dialogue : Good enough.

Background Score : A very good background score was not used.

    Soundtrack : Good

    Cinematography : Good enough.

    Editing : Good

    Lighting : Good enough.

Overall Episode : Judging by all, I gave this episode seven stars out of ten.

    MORE OF THIS PLEASE!

This is what I am here for! Sure, there are still a few things that are bothering me in this show, since a few stories are obviously filler... But the last 5 minutes of this episode were amazing! I hope they will build on that. I'm definitely looking forward to more!

Seeing some silliness ceeep back in

This episode felt a lot like some of the earlier ones with Lucsek and his irreverent attitude about being a CO. Piper is still dumb. Alex has unwittingly found herself involved in commerce in the prison - a place she hasn't typically wanted to be. I don't understand what's up with Suzanne though. And, do not get me started on Lorna's suddenly huge baby bump!

Fig and Caputo talk about Bruce Springsteen pulling Courteney Cox onto the stage instead of her during the filming of Bruce Springsteen: Dancing in the Dark (1984). Despite Fig not believing she was planted there, Caputo was right. Springsteen mentions in his 2016 memoir that director Brian De Palma found Cox through a casting call in New York and instructed him to select her.

Lorna Morello: It's just my mama bear instincts are raging to protect little Julius or Augustine. I'm still workshopping the names.

Nicky Nichols: Weren't those the rat names?

      Lorna Morello: Never forget.
