I would love to tell you what this film is about. Unfortunately, after watching it, I still have no idea. Even the story synopsis given here in IMDB and identical on every other film website doesn't exactly match up.
This is an all-female cast. All lesbian or bisexual characters. Also all main characters are dysfunctional although there's not much character development. Mia, the main character is or was having a relationship issue. There are several flashbacks of her with the other woman in her life. At the same time she meets two women at a party and brings them home. This is to turn to sex except it doesn't really. (I won't divulge why) That's really the entire film. It never really get a to a point. The story just hangs there at the end.
The parental guide and keywords give the impression this film is very explicit. It definitely is not. A couple of bare breasts and some I guess (you can't see anything) simulated sex. Plus a hand in underwear. Probably PG-13.
This was interesting for about two-thirds in. Then it went no place even with some lines of dialogue. Finally as I said before, the story just hangs. Never finished or says anything. I rated a 6 out of 10 but I'm probably being generous. Can't really recommend this film.
