When her ex-husband walks back into her life, Josie becomes embroiled in the messy divorce from his estranged current wife, Laura, who seems determined to make life a living hell for her and all those around her.

When Josie's ex-husband Michael walks back into her life to expand their flower business, his estranged wife Laura seems determined to make Josie's life a living hell. Tensions boil over when Laura breaks into Josie's house and Michael is forced to kill her out of self-defense. Only after Josie's eyewitness testimony gets Michael off the hook for murder, does Josie realize that nothing is what it seems with Michael.

Josie's ex-husband Michael re-enters her life to help her with her business. Things start to rekindle between them and she soon realizes that Michael's estranged wife Laura wants him dead. Josie and Michael are both subject to life threatening attacks, and Michael ends up killing Laura in an act of self-defense. But Josie begins to wonder, was it really self defense or is Michael more dangerous than Laura?

Michael remained the silent business partner of his ex-wife Josie, who since their divorce runs a thriving flower shop with hot admirer Brady, whom she tries in vain to set up with her best friend Hannah. Having risen through the ranks from accountant to CEO, Michael has the resources to propose expanding the shop into a modern chain, as she has always wanted. However, Josie is wary of him, especially after she starts receiving mysterious threats. Michael explains that it must be the work of his deluded estranged wife, veterinarian Laura, who can't stand their divorcing but denies everything, although she has hired a private investigator who has found nothing on him. Michael ups the ante by throwing in the wine estate Josie has dreamed of since childhood. While snooping, Hannah is killed in Michael's house.—KGF Vissers
