- The mangled body of a man is discovered in a blood drenched tub. He is discovered again later, but this time pale-faced as if drained of blood.
- Teenage girl monster attacks her captor while still riding his everlasting gobstopper (seriously, he spends about 30 minutes of the movie's runtime just being cowgirled to exhaustion).
- Gory headshots are administered to two of the lizard people -- one lizard person gets beheaded after having shoved her entire fist right through a man's chest -- and another person has his neck snapped.
- A man receives moderate injuries resulting from a high-speed head-on car crash.
- One final lizard person gets hit by a fast moving car, then is riddled with shotgun blasts, and finally subdued by having it's throat slashed and a fronthand/backhand to the face.

- The movie goes full "From Dusk Til Dawn" once each member of the normal looking family transform into murderous, vampiric lizard people. Turning the tables on their one-time captors in the second half of the movie.
