A great following step for this series episode 2 was great, Gabriel as a character is greatly developed and the world is further fleshed out as we get a great understanding of the World these characters exist in. Great action, palpable emotion and an urban tragedy depicting daily life's of the average people the series is shaping up to be amazing

It's good, but you have to concentrate.

Raza is sent Undercover as it were, to learn more about Yousef's brother Dadir.

I enjoyed it, but to be honest, I found it a bit messy. The episode is very polished, it looks great, it throws up some very interesting strands, but overall, it was a little jumbled.

Personally I thought they tried to throw in too many strands, it became quite hard to follow.

The focus seemed to switch away from Raza, which was a real shame, and more so onto Gabe, and his troubled domestic life. It did throw up some interesting leads about his past, it seems to point to him having somewhat of a chequered past.

I think Holly is proving to be a very interesting character, she's very quirky, but growing on me.

6/10.

The first episode of Informer had a bright start. It still shows promise.

Yousef has been found dead. He had information about a prolific terrorist, Ahmed El Adoua.

Gabe needs Raza to get close Yousef's brother Dadir, a drug dealer.

Dadir is volatile over the death of his brother and Raza finds out how dangerous his new life is going to be.

However Raza manages to think in his feet and gets on with Dadir.

By the end of this episode it is Gabe we are left wondering about. His sudden anger towards his wife when he invites Holly to have dinner at his house.

Informer might be less about how deep Raza finds himself than being more about Gabe. Holly looks less like a new recruit than someone who has been placed to watch what Gabe is doing with his informers.

We see this in the opening of the second episode which expands on the opening scenes of the previous episode.
