The Spade Kingdom successfully takes over the Diamond Kingdom and then sets their sights on the Clover Kingdom and Heart Kingdom. The Spade Kingdom troops get through the strong magic region using a mobile fortress which sucks up the mana of the Spade Kingdom citizens who were taken by force. But then Asta, who had finished his training with the Spirit Guardians, comes to the rescue! Meanwhile, Luck and Leopold head to the Spade Kingdom in order to try to take over one of their bases.

Charmy, who had tagged along with Asta and the others to train in the Heart Kingdom, keeps trying to eat up all of the food in the Heart Kingdom. Asta tries to take her back and goes to the forest Charmy is last seen. However, Charmy had also trained with the Spirit Guardians and had become even more powerful. Meanwhile, Yuno is contacted by Sister Lily and heads back to his home village of Hage.

Ralph tells Yuno to take a look at his past while Zenon Zogratis attacks the Golden Dawn's headquarters with the Dark disciples to capture William Vangeance.

After hearing about the Golden Dawn members being in trouble, Yuno hurries back. When he returned, their headquaters had been destroyed and many of the squad members were near death. Yuno's rage explodes. Meanwhile, the members who can still fight are doing their best to hold up against the attackers that includes one of the members of the Dark Triad, Zenon, and his minions.

Dante Zogratis attacks The Black Bulls to capture Yami while Vanica makes her move in The Heart Kingdom.

Grey reminisces on her past. Meanwhile the fight between Dante and Asta is continuing!

Yami Sukehiro, Captain of the Black Bull, is engaged in a fierce battle with Dante Zogratis of the Dark Triad. The blow finally caught Dante! But his fear self-renewing abilities quickly restore him back to life as he starts to talk about his plan to destroy the world and turn the Black Bull upside down. Meanwhile in the Heart Kingdom, Leopold Vermillion of the Crimson Lion, Charmy Pappitson of the Black Bull struggle to save the kingdom from an enemy that outmatches even the most powerful Spirit Guardians.

In the Spade Kingdom a spy from the Clover Kingdom is discovered in Dante's office, revealed to be wearing a Black Bull robe under their cape. Vanica, the one who cursed Loropechika, demands Loropechika duel her while her masochistic subordinate, Disciple Robero, keeps Noelle and Mimosa busy.

Vanica and her subordinates continue their attack on the Heart Kingdom. Meanwhile, back at the Black Bulls' hideout, Captain Yami's fight against Dante continued. Despite how overwhelmingly powerful Dante is, Yami continues to fight back, landing another powerful blow onto Dante. However, no matter how much Dante is damaged, he continues to regenerate. What will Yami do?

As the battles in the Heart Kingdom begin to come to an end, Asta and Yami decide to work together as they continue in their fight against Dante Zogratis of the Dark Triad.

Yami and Vangeance are taken to the Spade Kingdom so that the ritual to open the gate to the underworld can begin. Despite how hurt he is, Asta tries to escape the infirmary to go and save Yami, however he is stopped by a mage named Nacht Faust, who also happens to be a devil-possessed. He offers to show Asta how to use his devil powers even better. Meanwhile, the Magic Knight Squad Captains hold an emergency meeting. The Golden Dawn has almost been completely annihilated, and Yuno shows up to the meeting, showing new resolve.

Noelle and the others were involved in the explosion that Vanica caused back in the Heart Kingdom and were left unconscious. When they woke up, they found themselves in the new home of the elves that was located in a strong magic region just beyond the Heart Kingdom. There, Noelle has an unexpected reunion. Meanwhile, Asta was learning from Nacht how to control his devil powers, but it was a very dangerous method. In order to save Yami from the Dark Triad, Asta decides to undergo this trial.

Nacht summons the devil who had been giving Asta his powers all this time. In order to use his devil powers to their fullest extent, Asta must defeat his devil and bind him, but he also offers and alternative solution that is a bit surprising. Yuno, Noelle, and the others also swear that they will get revenge on the Dark Triad and get back Captain Yami and Captain Vangeance. A new battle is about to begin!
