That's just ridiculous verdict. How can you make assumptions that someone is guilty if there's lack of evidences. I've seen all evidences and is there are some doubts who did it. As the law says if there's at least one doubt in this case you can't make someone guilty. It's just awful when you don't know in which side lays the true.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings on the outcome of this case, it doesn't feel like all the information was presented to make a clear judgment call. But an interesting case none the less.

Not A Fair Trial- Fact That So Many Items Were Omitted For The Defense. Two Dumb Kids Pressured And Wanting To Be Seen As "Cool" W/ "Gangsters"

The general public has this sense that the prosecution aka the state plays on a level playing field. I believe the majority do, but prosecutors and the police have a lot of pressure to get a guilty verdict in each case. There is also the desire to be successful in a career sense for them. Therefore, the state is willing to play dirty or not divulged and or provide the defense with all the right material, especially in cases were it shows the defendant to be innocent of the 'crime'. So, with the assumption, the state plays 'fairly' doubting something the state says or does in any case is unthinkable. The Innocence Project was formed to highlight said cases where someone was unjustly incarcerated because the prosecution/state did whatever they had to to 'win'. Re this case, the fact so many things were withheld with the defense ie not allowed to be used as a defense- seems very questionable. I'd also like to say the prosecutor in this particular who is seem throughout the documentary is really creepy and weird. There is something disturbing about him, I found.
