Short and interesting for a general population
veroguerra312 November 2018
In the last few months I have seen a lot of adults that show no basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology or medicine at all. So, a show like this might be helpful to a wider audience. And the ones that understand basic concepts at least could find some interesting facts. Overall, an ok show to watch. Fun, short and to the point.

PS: Please excuse my poor English, it's not my first language. I hope that I didn't butcher it.

Gary is the only reason to watch!

Sure you can brush up on common illnesses and syndromes of which one might affect you and you already know all about but the main reason I like this series is gary the hapless, hopeless visual representation of how these afflictions manifest themselves. Gary needs his own show!

Basic knowledge. Nothing informative

Nothing new or interesting.

I watched several episodes learned nothing that I did not know.

The host are boring and the entire show can be summed up in 5 minutes.

Great and entertaining

I'm really interested in health related stuff and read a fair amount of research. As such, there wasn't too much new information - but still at least one fun fact each episode that I didn't know about. Beyond that, the individual cases they presented were always interesting and the things they tested themselves were as well. Most of all it was entertaining and all three presenters seem really sweet and friendly, their comments and behaviours often made me smile or laugh.

All in all fun and informative. Basically when you want to learn some new things without straining your brain, just a feel-good informative show.

First episode misleading: what is Netflex's agenda??
allamatveyenko4 January 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I just watched the first episode and could not finish it because It made me so upset. The episode implies that minus exercising three hours a day and still being very overweight, obesity is not reversible. What was missing was that there is plenty of research to support that a plant passed whole food diet DOES allow people to lose weight and keep it off. The Biggest Loser host even transitioned to a plant based diet and aired a plant based show where he mentored contestants to eat plant based. It would be far more insightful to see results of the plant based contestants verses the one contestant they showed who claims to eat "clean" but remained overweight. Of course she will have much difficulty if she's trying to restrict calories while eating meats and dairy. It is about time Netflix take a stand and show the public the truth. This episode causes much confusion and makes people think there is no way for overweight people to have a healthy weight besides taking pills. Instead of telling people the truth, this episode talks about the possibility of developing yet another drug to solve the problem. NETFLIX, this is so disappointing. Why omit the proven way to maintain a healthy weight that is drug and operation free?

Really basic information
snarp-681428 November 2018
The few episodes I've watched could've been summed up in about a minute each, and you would gain no new information from watching the whole episode. It's really basic information and a few facts that is stretched out and dragged on to create a whole episode.

👎👎👎Don't waste your time.

Feels like the pop-culture "doctor" equivalent of E! entertainment news. All fluff, and trying to be liked, not interested in actual education and just as useful as E!. If you want to spend your time watching something like this, watch "A User's Guide to Cheating Death" series instead. Don't wast your time with this...

A SHOW FOR DIM-WITTED MORONS!
lyninbyron28 October 2019
The show dealing with alcohol could have been wrapped up in five minutes. If you drink, eat something substantial to soak up the alcohol and keep your breathalyzer reading lower. This show is insulting to the average viewer. It's been dumbed down. Morons with the concentration span of a gnat should enjoy wasting 30 minutes of their precious life on this dribble.

Obvious, Cheesy, and Boring
vebomi12 February 2019
Everyone seems fake, cheesy, and still boring. Trying a little too hard without any substance to back it up...
