Murder on the College Express
sweeney-james17 September 2017
A murder at a college which has a student body which has a diversity that is almost unbelievable. Within a week o the semester starting we see the freshman class drinking and partying with a dose o sex thrown in. Today this is the norm but it usually it does not include a murder. Like an Agatha Christie novel we have wide array of suspects and motives. We get to see the various students, learn about their backgrounds and potential motives. A little slow moving but overall enjoyable

Dramarama to the Max

Looks like this series took inspiration from the great 80's band Dramarama at least in terms of the bands title. Needless to say the drama runs wild in this series opener, but not in a good way. Looks like someone looked to create a soap opera but with every clichéd stereotype of what they think college kids might look like now.. Think Melrose Place but with the most generic stereotype millennials you can think of and then add a crap ton of over the top drama and there you have it.

A gripping watch!

I binge-watched the whole series back to back and loved the way each episode was told from a the perspective of a different character. Very entertaining and some fab plot twists!

Clue But For an iPhone and Without the Entertainment
katlynbennet30 October 2017
This Go90 cell phone webisode tells the murder mystery story of a young college girl and her group of acquaintances/suspected murderers. Although the premise seems mildly entertaining (although you've probably seen it done a thousand times before, it's at least a classic premise), unfortunately the series develops at a pretty stiff pace. The young cast gives a decent attempt at making the stilted dialogue seem somewhat not so on point, but it's hard to get through the melodrama to find any real entertainment in this slow moving "who killed her" schmaltzy (not in a fun way) thriller. Decent "been done" premise, not done well this time.

Too Long and Slow For a Webisode
haileybell-6161918 December 2017
Go90 makes a bunch of these smart phone webseries running anywhere from 5-15 minutes long per episode. Most you wish were a little longer, but this one you wish was way shorter. It's the story of a group of college kids that band together to figure out who killed one of their classmates. All the characters are pretty one layered so you can quickly understand who they are, but the show delves into a lot of slow character development only to give you the same one layered character you knew from the first minute of being introduced. There are a couple decent twists that surprise you, but just way too long and slow for something meant to be watched on a smart phone.
