In May 2020, Guns N' Roses' version of this song played while President Donald Trump visited a Phoenix, Arizona medical mask factory that was producing masks to prevent deaths during the COVID-19 pandemic. Later that month, the band unveiled a new t-shirt on their website branded "Live N' Let Die With COVID 45" in reference to Trump's factory visit.
